Brittany took the time to find out what I was looking for and suggested I try the alien mod with a big baby tank and I absolutely love my e-cig!!! I never have any issues whatsoever, the batteries I bought months ago from the store still hold a full charge and the mod has a 'soft' option to help conserve juice. Thank you Brittany, you da best! ORIGINAL: This is my go to vape shop. I moved off Garden Ridge by the lake and live farther away than I did last year and I still fight traffic once every 2 weeks to get my e-cig juice. The two girls that work Tuesday nights are absolutely amazing!! But I've been having issues lately with the bottles they put their e juice in. The lid has popped off THREE different times now, spilling entire bottles of E-cig liquid all over my arms, shirt and pants. The last time it happened, I called and spoke to Tiffany and she told me that this is an known issue and they will have a shipment of new bottles in on Friday and they would comp me a bottle. So I went in today, I couldn't wait until tomorrow as I was completely out of e cig juice, and I got a replacement bottle and all that, but the person I spoke to about it today basically told me that I spilled juice all over my body 3 times bc of user error and I needed to be more careful. They also said they aren't getting new bottles?! Umm. What? I have been going to the same E cig store since December 2013 and this has never EVER happened. I'm pretty sure I know how to pour e cig juice into my e cig. I have spent over $1000 at this location and this is the ONLY time I have ever asked for a replacement of ANYTHING. I work in customer service and I get it-- the general population is pretty freakin stupid. But when one person tells me this is a known issue and then I'm told that its user error, that's pretty bad customer service!!

I returned 30 minutes later telling him it didn't and asked if I could please get a refund. He said he did me a favor. I told him I was getting worked over and he became aggressive and told me to watch the way I talk around here and stared me down until I got back in my car. Very rude very disrespectful for a business to act. Lots of options to choose from when it comes to these things and they will actually appreciate your business. I wouldn't go back unless you like wasting your $$$. DID I MENTION WAY OVERPRICED !!!!!!

And his response was immediately rude for no reason saying they were not open to the public and only do wholesale pickups. I pointed out that their were 5-6 other people in the store looking around and then I was told to leave. So I did, and on my way out I stopped and took a picture of their human sized decal in the front window that can be seen from the street that says "open to public" because after how aggressive this guy was I planned to talk to the owner about this employee. But then it only got worse because the owner apparently came out the front door being very aggressive asking if there's a problem and saying we could "handle it" he was being very threatening and completely un professional. After he confirmed he was the owner I had zero interest in even continuing the conversation because it was very obvious he didn't want my business but it all just really caught me off guard I've never been treated this way at all and by a business at that!
