I tried to patronize this business yesterday and what a huge mistake. I purchased a 5 pack of wine black and milds as they did not carry the 25 case. I asked the young man were they fresh and he ensured me they were. I got home opened the first pack and all five cigars were stale. Opened the second pack and all five are stale. Assuming the same for the remaining pack, I called the store and asked to speak with a manager who basically said " its a hit or miss " with the products which blew my mind and basically told me no refunds or exchanges even after saying they don't really check the dates on the product. It's a fairly large specialty shop. This is the first I have been to in TX. It was very expensive however they all seem to be these days; based on the 3 that i have been in over the last 5-6 years. They took 2 stars away from this review because I was standing next to a customer who was looking at one of the 'pen' like devices. I am familiar with these so I started talking to him and told him one thing to be careful of when using those, otherwise the item will break. One of the guys working there didn't want me talking to the other customer about the product. He interrupted us and stood between us and just shut me out. Fair enough. I was just trying to help a fellow out. Had the guy been somewhat decent in jumping into our conversation then it would be one star detection. But he Damn near stepped on my toes, in the litteral sense. I spent 14 dollars there and am happy with what I got although I had to scour the store to find something that I felt was reasonably priced. Would I go back? Sure, if I had to. I don't visit these places often. read more

My boyfriend and I went in to get a battery for our cart and right when we walk in, the girl working there(who had her mask down btw)said "what can I help y'all with?" In the worst attitude ever but we just ignored it and kept looking and she said it again. It was like we were being rushed. When we asked for a cart, she suggested the cheapest one and when my boyfriend suggested a more higher priced one, she said "that one is $32". We chose the cheapest one anyways and before we even reached the register, she said the price. I don't know what stick the girl has shoved up her you know what. But maybe she should get a job not working with people, like maybe just work from home you know? read more

Went in last night to get my first vape. Thought I was getting a good deal and all that. Come to find out the vape I bought for $48 can be found LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE FOR $30! I feel cheated and taken advantage of! Was told to keep my receipt and bring it back if I had any problems. But the receipt and website both say no refunds. So I guess I'm stuck. read more

WORST SMOKE SHOP IN DALLAS!!! I had been going to the puff in stuff franchise for the last 5 years and recently moved next to this one. HORRENDOUS customer service EVERY time I call it's "ugh I can't really check right now because I'm alone and have a line of people in front of me " never asked to be put on hold or wait a minute just rushed off the phone with little to no information. THEN I called to complain and that employee decided to tell the person I complained about that I was upset( this is the manager I'm referring to , so says she) and then she decides to CALL MY PERSONAL CELL PHONE and when I tell her I don't wanna talk to her because I've already complained to the owner she gets loud and starts yelling and then starts cursing at me and when I told her I was recording the call and how she was acting her exact words were," I Don't Give a FUCK, record that!" This is the most insane horrible and pathetic customer service anyone could ever offer , and when I called to speak with the owner she would only scream and cut me off after I told her I'd be pursuing legal action , not only the worst smoke shop but the worst business I've ever stepped foot into. So my girlfriend and I were regular customers of this shop for a long time, since it's right around the corner from where we live. We thought it was convenient enough, it's decently stocked (most of it's stock is glass, not much shisha or decent tobacco products) and the employees are fairly nice (but usually unhelpful, because they're usually stoned out of their minds), but my most recent experience has made me never want to go back. We usually spend between $400-500 on shisha/e-cig products every month (yes, we know we have a problem), and most of it went to this store until today. I went in to buy a part for one of my water pipes, was charged $75 for it, and was told that I could bring it back that same day as long as it was still unused. I went home to find out that it didn't fit, and because I was curious, pricechecked the expensive bugger online. I found it for $25. I returned to the store, to be told (rudely) by the assistant manager that no returns on glass were permitted, no matter the circumstances. I called the store manager and explained my situation, and he told me (in terms I will not repeat) that regardless of my customer loyalty or the amount of bloody cash I spend in his store every month, my patronage was unnecessary and apparently unvalued. I've learned my lesson. Their glass is weak and overpriced, their service second-rate and usually stoned, and their customers can be freely insulted at whim. I will not be going back. Gas Pipe has better prices and service, it's just a few minutes further away. read more

Do not purchase anything from these crooks. Purchased a 75 dollar vape that was out of box faulty. Go to Austin for the weekend and the first day the battery dies after a couple of hours but when I try to charge it won't light up or charge. I call in and the girl instantly starts to blame me saying if you used a wall outlet it burns it out. First off I used my computer second it never worked in the first place. She then says look at your receipt it says no refunds or returns. So now I'm getting irritated and then she hangs up. I call back and she acted like it's was a bad connection and says I'm scaring her. This is when I demand to know the managers name and she says Kevin and then hangs up again. Seriously the worse customer service I've ever received this is bad business and I will never buy through them again. Im going to file a report with better business bureau next this is a joke. read more

Warning - Poor / Cheap products...........Bought a piece and filled it up with water as directed, played playstation for about 20 mins and heard a loud pop, Piece broke. Appears to be from thin/poor quality. Went back up there but the gentleman working couldn't help cause he wasn't a manager and call Monday for Andrew. Called Andrew and he stated no return/refunds or exchanges. Doesn't seem to be a good business, I told them I would dispute the charge for defective merchandise, and regardless if I win or lose they will be charged $20 - $30 by their credit card processor as a CB fee and I would no longer be a customer, I have also told my friends to stop going there...and he was OK with this. Poor customer service. Bought a pair of gauges and realized I bought the wrong kind (double flared instead of screw on flared. Walked back in to get the correct kind and they would exchange. I didn't want a refund, just an exchange to get the correct kind. The customer service was really poor as they would consider it. In fIr EDX the person helping me did call the manager who basically repeated the no. I literally walked out the door walked to the next shop and back to the smoke shop. these 5 starts are for Ryan! We came in to get a piece but he accidentally sold me the wrong one i noticed right when i got in the car(still in the parking lot haven't even left or turned on the car nor did i use the piece or put it on my bong). So I turned back and told them what happen. Ryan was working with me trying to find the right piece. He didn't have anything in the same price range so i then asked for the cheapest bong they had and the one they had was roughly 50 and to get a right size piece was also roughly 50. So we had a little thing going but his coworker said no and there is nothing we can do about my situation. Ryan then suggested to come back tomorrow and try to talk to the "manager". Then later his coworker replied saying "to be honest I don't think he's going to do anything about it". Ryan did his best to find something for us and surely he did!! He was super sweet probably the customer service i've ever had. But honestly they need to fix there return policy because i've gone to other smoke shops and had something similar situation happen and they had no problem exchange my piece. read more
