It is a lot smaller, and they must have a big deal with Under Armour, because they always have everything from them under the sun, from shorts pants shirts hoodies etc. They have a decent footwear section, and a big hunting/ fishing department. Giant selection of athletic apparel as well. Most everything is name brand, and the best part is it's basically all on sale for around 20 dollars less. I got Timberland Pro boots that are $140 everywhere else for 100 dollars. If you mention you are a AAA member, you get a fairly hefty discount, and the guy didn't even ask for a card or credentials. Plenty of employees ready to assist you. I have been here before, but I think I need to start making this place my go-to. I feel good about giving them business because they are the only competitor in Pittsburgh where it is overrun with Dick's, where everything is overpriced. More impressively, they are sensitive to the needs of women, minorities, and youth -- for instance, a woman is available to help female customers talk through gun selection, concealed carry, and other topics. Guns Priced Right gives off the same kind of vibe that you used to see in the best mom-and-pop stores in America: a business built by people who are so passionate about their hobby that the hobby became a business. These guys will not push you or try to upsell you just because they want to make a commission. They will not talk down to you, or treat you with suspicion/dismissal because of your sex or the color of your skin. They currently have one of the best selections of guns in the area, they do layaway, and have a great consignment policy: they'll sell your gun for you, and you get 90% of the sale price. When I came in here on a Saturday with my wife and infant son, I had no idea what to expect. Most gun shops I've been to (a) aren't welcoming of babies, (b) treat women like they were children, (c) treat minorities like they were criminals, and (d) are insensitive to the first-time gun buyer. At Guns Priced Right, the staff (a) oohed and aahed over my baby, (b) treated my wife with the respect I feel she deserves, (c) treated me like a valued customer ... almost as if I were an old friend they hadn't seen in years, and (d) answered every question -- no matter how simple -- correctly and with aplomb. And they had the gun I wanted (no small feat, given the current political climate) for a more than fair price point! In sum, this is my new gun shop of choice in the Whitehall/West Mifflin/Dravosburg area.

I am mostly interested in less common vintage guns. Each time I have found outstanding deals on vintage firearms. Most recently a Stevens Crackshot, a The American Double Action in 44 Webley (small gun, huge bore and perfect grips), a Forehand and Wadsworsth 32 S&W (perfect grips) and a Winchester 250 lever action. With all of those great oddities, I didn't break the bank. These folks do business the right way and are also very nice. They have new guns and old guns. It is very much worth your while to stop in their store if you are a collector or are interested in new guns. I have got to tell you, I left their store with a smile on my face and an armful of awesome vintage firearms that I will spend years enjoying.
