This place is amazing! I now consider it my go to Vape shop! Mike and Cameron were so amazing, determined to make sure I knew what each item did and how it worked. Mike, may not know it, but I plan on calling him with all my questions when I'm not able to get out to his shop as much as I'd like. He is honest, tells you the truth even if it's not aesthetically what you were hoping for. We just had the Downtown Herndon Fair where the shitty shop that ripped me off and took advantage of my inexperience is located. I made sure to very obviously hand out all the business cards I grabbed from Mike and gloat on what a real vape shop is like. I hope it brings him all the business he deserves! This place is amazing. I was so shocked on all of the options and how big the store was I didn't even redeem my 15% off! The prices are affordable and very reasonable. I went across the street and the same products costed more and there was less choices. This is going to become my go to store. The hours are very nice too. They do not close too early so you do not have to rush here if you have a need. Now only is the shop amazing but the guy who was working was very informative. However they have verity SMOK products: all sort of tank by them, coils from light to hard core, they have just about all the mods SMOK makes, and more. Wismic also they have, from 80w models to 300w models. I know both brands well. If you like those brands. Check shop out but have little knowledge on what you looking for. I've been to all the smoke shops in the Northern Virginia area and this one is by far my favorite. For starters their presentation is amazing. Very easy to see all of the products. The young girl that was working, Nicole, was a huge help. I'm big on vaping and their selection was HUGE. I only came in to check out the new place and grab an extra battery. I ended up leaving for more. I'm not big on water pipes but their WALL has many different options and they are not as expensive as the other shops around. They have literally ANYTHING you need when it comes to water pipes, accessories, trays, cleaning solutions, hookahs, tobacco e liquid, batteries, trays, and more. ALSO, I noticed they are implementing a cigar room! Great addition as I have no seen this in any shops around. This is my go to store now. Highly recommend dropping by this new gem. read more

Sells Bootleg products. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON MODS HERE!!! These guys don't even vape and don't know what they're selling. Spend your hard earned money at a reputable shop, certainly not this place. I got a bootleg Smok mod here and since day one it has had problems with ohms not running correctly and burning coils. I've been vaping for 7 years and have NEVER experienced any issue like this. Also, I have never even cared to notice the ohms etc. Went back to the store, dude didn't even understand my problem. Best Smoke shop around! I moved to clifton from vienna last year and had been driving long distance to my old shop until i found this place, and haven't gone anywhere since. They've got the best pricing I've found for Juul pods nearby and have a huge selection of everything from vapes, hookahs, glass, rolling papers and even snacks and drinks in the front. It's AWESOME. My roommate and i could spend all day hanging out in there looking at stuff and we go there for everything we need. Today we went in to get help with an issue that Mike was able to fix for us and I even noticed they had Starbuzz candles! I bought Blue Mist- my favorite- and I love it. they've got everything! Mike especially has been a huge help every time i've gone in over the past few months and is very friendly and knowledgable about everything I've had questions about, I look forward to seeing him every time i go in. I went to 4 other places around to find a new mod/set-up. This place is by far your best bet as it has the lowest prices and the guy, think Mark, was extremely helpful. He took the time to discuss multiple options, pros and cons of each and provided great insight. And again, best prices hands down. I walked out with exactly what I wanted for much less- I paid $70 for my mod where the other places wanted $85 or $90. You're cheating yourself if you don't go here first. read more

New location with an array of glass. They just opened and were much needed since the local shops around aren't very friendly nor knowledgeable on their own products. I came in here for my 2nd time today after leaving behind many different closer options, even one across the street which barely has a shelf of what this shop has. Aside from glass this place also has vape supplies such as juice, devices, tanks and a knowledgeable staff member to inform you or let you check out whatever you need/want. Speaking of staff members, Nicole the one I've seen both times is the greatest shop attendant I've ever met. Nothing but helpful and informative about every thing I asked. I didn't feel the need to rush or buy and stood there for 30 min chatting it up about various products which was great and I definitely got what I came for. The selection is small for now but they're just opening up and I'm sure there's way more to come if this is what they're bringing to the table. So im a first time smoker and I recently bought a rig from this store. When I first walked in the employee working did not say anything to me. Did not even offer to sell me anything. Until I asked him a question. I asked him what's the cheapest rig you got. He tells me the cheapest rig he has is $60. It's my first time smoking out of a rig so I just bought it cause I needed one. Later when I get home I find out the piece I bought from him was not even a rig. It was for dry herbs. So I e-mail them asking if I can get a refund because the piece was not even a rig. He explains to me that I would need to buy a separate piece to make it a rig. Which is super inconvenient for me to spend more money than I needed to. So I continue to ask if I can get a refund b/c of the terrible service. He avoids the question 3 times and just try so sell me the separate attachment. We e-mail back and forth then he says that they sell the rig piece separate at there store. So I told them. If they sold the rig piece separately then why didn't the employee working at the time tell me that I would need to buy a separate piece to make it work. He e-mails me back and offers me a discount for the separate piece for the inconvenience . That's just shows they know they fucked up. And at that point I just wanted a refund. He finally says he can not offer me a refund. That's all I wanted to hear. A yes or no. I would not recommend shopping her. The employees do not know what there selling and don't even try. read more

I'm not from the area and I was driving by Manassas a couple days ago and noticed this smoke shop on the corner. I didn't really need anything but I've been wanting something to keep at home for whenever I get bored or when my boys come over. Just wanted to see what kind of inventory they had and it wasn't that special. Another thing that I noticed was the girl that was working didn't know her stuff. I checked the entire store out and asked a couple questions about the water pipes they had and she didn't seem very confident with her response. I prefer to take my business to people that know what they're talking about so I don't second guess a purchase I may make. I left unsatisfied but I noticed another smoke shop literally a minute away. The name of the shop was Arcadia and this kid knew his stuff, I ended up buying a ROAR water pipe, grinder, and some screens. I'm not one to leave a bad review but the fact that there was two smoke shops literally a minute away from each other makes no sense to me and it's obvious which store gives you that peace of mind.
