Bought a pre roll from this place and it was just random herb, smelled like catnip. Instantly gave me a headache.

Stopped in to replace my vape battery, customer service left little to be desired. Was there only person upon walking in and another gentleman entered about the minutes later to which the gentleman working greeted him and they seemed to finish a prior unfinished purchase. Only after he left did the gentleman working ask what bi was looking for. I got v what I needed, paid and left. I'll check out other stores for sure. read more

Great store, comprehensive yet currently modest selection of e-fluids, tanks batteries, variable voltage mods, genuine kanger products, aspire, ego batteries, spare coils. Also featured are the pax, globes, the cloupor M3 (attaches to ego batteries for sneaky herbal refreshments) and an assortment of other ways to vape, combust...tobacco products of course. Best Vape Shop in the City. The Staff (aka the 2 guys that work there) are super friendly, and KNOW their stuff. They both vape, and like trying the products, as well as recommending their favorites, cool new products, or other customers favorites. Also, these guys are very helpful if they see you coming in to often buying Juul pods. They recommended a better solution for me, that's saving me a hundred bucks a week. Marked prices are very good, no need to haggle like other vape shops in the area. Slightly more than you would pay online, but about the same as it would be after shipping. read more

Basic neighborhood smoke and vape shop with friendly staff and always have what I'm looking for. Their variety of products is on point and prices are reasonable. What can you say about the friendliest people in New York? These guys know their stuff and when I made a mistake, they were more than happy to make me happy. I lost my Vape pen and needed another one. They sold me a great palm sized vaporizer and I was off and on my way. Little did I realize that there are different Vape pens for the substance you are using. I flew back to California (where what I smoke is legal) and found the pen stopped working. I took it into a local shop and they tried to fix it but it just wouldn't work. I stunned myself by actually finding the receipt and calling the shop to ask if I could change it. That's when I met Wally. He knows everything. He sent me a replacement and a couple of cartridges immediately. The only trouble is the USPS lost it and had 'no record of it'. I had given Wally a SASE to send it back in, so, the address couldn't have been wrong. It was a priority envelope, so it should have been scanned, but wasn't. So, poof, it was lost. Wally was concerned after I had called him and told him I wasn't able to track it. He did everything he could to try and locate the package. These guys are the real deal. TELL THEM WHAT YOU SMOKE because if I had, he would never have sold me the cigarette Vape. So, if you think people in New York are ripping off tourists and you need smoking equipment, this is THE place to go to. I can't say enough nice things about them. Best vape shop in Hell's Kitchen, hands down! The staff is friendly AND really knowledgeable about every item they sell; even the not-so-common ones on the back shelves. The employees themselves have tried almost every product themselves, and therefore always know which device or vape juice is best. I have never encountered service like this in a notoriously dodgy market filled with dishonest salesman with no actual knowledge to speak of. Instead, these guys have answered almost any question I've thrown their way, and have not failed a single time in their recommendations for me when I'm having trouble picking from such a HUGE selection. I have seen different selections of e liquid many else where but their e liquid (e juice) selection is marvelous, they have the best e liquid brands that I have never imagined to be seen in a single vape shop. There prices are great for the area. They have a big selection of all different clearomizers. For Kangertech products they're absolutely genuine Kangertechs. Their vape pens selection is very large, I purchased an emow Kangertech !with the aero tank clearomizer!(I love it). Not a vape shop, smoke shop that decided to call itself a vape shop. Owned by the same people who own a smoke shop 8 blocks north on 9th ave. Overpriced clones, you will not get legitimate vape devices here..juice yes..vape carts, atomizers, etc no. I own quite a few atomizers and cartos which I bought directly from the maker, when I asked to see their packaging it was a white box with the name kanger on it. That's not official kangertech. Told the guy it wasn't legit he got mad and asked me to prove it so I did...asked me to leave his store. I suggest you walk the extra 11 blocks and go somewhere else if you want legit vape products and don't find yourself using fakes. read more

My husband and I were on vacation in NYC for our anniversary for New Year's Eve. I am an avid vaper and needed a charger after I left my vape charger at home. We found that Smoke n Vape was the closest to our hotel (Yotel- Times Square) and the guy was super nice! Got my charger and went along my way. The next night I actually broke my battery and panicked. We went to the Smoke N Vape the next day to replace it and the same guy was super helpful in finding me an even better battery to replace my old one that was compatible with my cartridge. I am in LOVE with my new battery that lasts even longer than the one I broke. The guy was patient, honest, and super nice in helping me find the best battery. I like this place, vapes and smokes. Those who only vape to look cool have never smoked a real cigar or cigarette. Nothing like a real hit of a nicotine wrapped cigar compared to coiled cotton and juices. But I like this place, neutral with no ethnic overtones. I love this place. Once I started coming here I never went back to Beyond Vape. It's a tiny place that at first glance, looks like a candy shop, but it's packed with vaping and smoking paraphernalia. And the staff here know tons about vaping--best of all, they don't have attitudes like some of the vaping places I've been to in the city (one aforementioned). Has a small but modest collection of vape supplies. They were low on inventory when I went so I would call ahead to make sure they have what you need first. Didn't sell the replacement coils but instead wanted you to buy the whole tank. Staff was very friendly and said they were getting more demand and so would probably expand their inventory soon. read more

It's a pity they aren't devoted to just vaping, as they are easily the best vape shop in New York City.
