A gentleman named Billy made the suggestion that I switch to the Phix from the Juul since the latter has a lot of issues. He didn't have a sample for me to test out so instead he opened up a brand new package for me to try, even though he didn't know for certain if I would buy it. He even gave me a sample flavor since I told him I didn't like the standard tobacco flavor. First time ever at this shop as I was visiting from out of town. Customer service was great but it was very obvious that my Vapetasia Rainbow Row had been tampered with. I've purchased this particular juice on and off for 2 years now online and in different vape shops. So I'm very familiar with the flavor profile. It was not the same. It had about 20% of the original flavor and it clearly was mixed with something else. It even smelled duller. Also, I developed a weird uncomfortable feeling in my throat later that day. In my experience is the result of a cheap juice brand. I haven't used it since. I purchased the same juice from Vapetasia brand online and I was reassured that there was a huge difference. After finding the Ultimate Vape Store on Yelp and reading the reviews, I went to the store to check it out. By far, UVS is the best vape store of all the store I visited. Benny, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable about all the vape devices and liquids on the market and the store stocks them all. Benny is also very friendly and helpful and genuinely tries to insure and assure that you are buying the products that best suit you and your vaping habits. The prices are also very reasonable by comparison to other stores and online options. I doubt that there is a better vape store in lower Manhattan or possibly all of Manhattan.
