I contacted the merchant and spoke to a pleasant woman, who informed me they do what they can with the stock available. However, I feel if you are going to change the color, flowers or look contact the consumer ask if they are okay with the choices before making an arrangement and delivering it without consulting first. Nice arrangement just vastly different. Less roses, it was explained to me that it is equal to value. I don't know. The prices are not cheap and I can't help feeling misled on what I was purchasing. I will definitely go with another florist next year.
