It was before Easter and she told me about a couple of items and said to ask if I needed any help. It was earlier in the day and only a few other people shopping. The store has so much to check out and all the displays are colorful and makes you want to browse. I found a couple plushies that were cute and some cards of course. I would have loved to browse even longer but I had an appointment. When I went to pay, the same woman asked me if I had a Hallmark Rewards account, I told her I think I did but it has been a very long time since I would have used it. She tried to find me but didn't so she signed me up. She pleasantly explained their rewards program and I got to pick out a cute mini card. I wish I remembered the woman's name. She was the perfect example of great customer service! Since I signed up I have received emails for a free card and other discounts. I'm definitely glad I went back and look forward to shopping more at Hallmark!
