    Amazing selection this year!
    Mary H.

I was not expecting so many amazing selections when I entered the store in search of a specific themed birthday card. Wow! Hallmark had really knocked it out of the park this year. Really easy to spend a lot of money on a lot of things! The store was well organized and clean and jam packed filled with so much to look at! I had to go and could not look at everything tonight. This store stays open late when compared to another location I attempted to visit nearby, so that's a bonus. They also remembered to give me the gold seal sticker for the card envelope, another bonus.

This isn't our regular visited store, but we were in the area, so maximizing our stops was important. (But I learned an important lesson.) There were three or four clerks there. Most of the staff is elderly. One was nice (not elderly), and told me about the other cards. There is a sneeze guard (plexi-glass) at the cashiers station. I gave the clerk three coupons, but she only scanned two of them (I only come to these specialty stores when I have my reward coupons). I didn't check it at the time of the transaction, but checked the receipt afterward, hours later. I didn't know where the JUST BECAUSE cards were; it would help if there was a large sign noting it. In the middle of the clerk ringing me up, she took me there, frazzled, I just chose something really quick. It really irked me, so I am writing about it. Since this is a platform, I'm using it.

Did you ever fathom spending half a grand on a store made for greeting cards?!? Well I can show you how: they have these things called Hallmark Keepsakes and this year was the release for both a Star Wars and Stark Trek lights/sound tree topper with figurine ornament set. I felt as if they were one of a kind and a unique release so it became a must-have. You have to get the power cord that isn't included for them to work and would be nice if it was included. Otherwise there are a lot of other little holiday purchases like boxed card sets, individual cards, wrapping paper, ribbon etc. I was pleased with the friendly and caring service here and got some free merch as part of the promo going on at the time to congratulate the whopping purchase. Overall a very productive and fun evening at the Hallmark Store. Glad we got these to now decorate a space theme holiday tree.

Horrible customer service. I was in the store after shopping April 7 saw the sign that they would be closing April 9 for a remodel. No one who helped me or my husband mentioned the closing of the store for remodel not even when they provided me a coupon which expire prior to them reopening. Came back April 8 315pm and saw a new sign that was NOT up yesterday saying closing April 8 at 300pm. I get things happen but give your customer warning. Especially your loyal customers who come frequently. The one star is not for being closed it was for the workers inside ignoring us and laughing. They wouldn't even open the door to answer our question. I will take my business else where and advice others to do so. Laughing at your customers is uncalled for and a simple open the door to explain would have been appreciate. Customer service is everything.

This store is amazing and the staff here is so sweet and professional. It's more than the best cards out there, it has so many cute and thoughtful gifts. Ok

Just love these Hallmark shops. They have such cute and unique gifts. I really love the 75% off rack.

Started taking people & cashing them out But was too busy & didn't hear this woman ask for a lighter & cashed her out & so she said it louder & he said "let me get your change first! Then I'll get the lighter". Then i came in, got a candy bar, & he's the first person here who hasn't given me a red rock discount I work around the corner, in the red rock. We all go & get discounts. He fought me on it & was really disrespectful. Barely handed me my changed & seemed like i inconvenienced his conversation with the woman he held conversation hostage. The store is usually pretty well kept, I'll give them that But this guy is rude, high strung & not accommodating whatsoever to guests walking in. He should have at least listened to us who made purchases, then gotten back to talking to whoever else it is. Put a sour taste in my mouth. He

Now gifts are mostly pricey and limited - the selection of quality Red Rock Casino merchandise has shrunk considerably, replaced by a handful of T-shirts, a ton of hockey gear, and pricey jewelry and wine junk nobody ever seems to buy. As a local that considers this place my home casino, the changes are disappointing. I know the shop caters mostly to hotel guests, but it would be nice to have decent casino merchandise available besides the ones that show up now and then in monthly giveaways.

Booked a Friday evening 630-830 Acrylic pour class. Booking via the website was an ease. If you…read morecheck in on Yelp you get 10% off your beverages/food/ any purchase inside the studio. As I entered i was not greeted, so just walked over to art table and grabbed a seat. Waited about 30-45 minutes (there were other patrons waiting as well) was unsure who worked there as everyone had an art apron on. Eventually someone appeared at the front desk, walked over to check in and order food and drinks. They have libations (beer, wine, cocktails), water and mocktails. The food menu was limited (chips with various dips salsa, guacamole, aioli, Bavarian pretzel with dip, and other small snacks). Tried the chips with salsa and guacamole as well as the Bavarian pretzel (two nice sized pretzels). Our drinks came out first. We had to have them remade as they included edible glitter which wasn't listed on the drink ingredients we initially ordered. The chips, dip and pretzel were plenty to share between 2-3 people easily. The art class instructions didn't begin until about 745P. Not exactly sure what was going on regarding starting so late. But. Nonetheless, During the down time there are ice breaker cards on each table. Once the class started it was over by 845P. Overall a great experience but efficiency and time management is lacking.

My friend wanted to do the resin project for her birthday so of course I said yes! I've never…read moreplayed with resin before. There wasn't a lot of people here the night we went so we had lots of table space. Our table was set up with our boards, gloves, sand paper & rags. Racheal was our instructor and she was AWESOME! Paula was working that night too & helping out. She got us our drinks & food and she was also great too! We had enough time to look over the menu & place our orders. I was exited to see that they just didn't serve beer & wine but had Truly's & a cocktail menu. I didn't see this on their website. I tired the glitter bomb even though they were out of cotton Candy & replaced it with something else which worked out. Later on I ended up ordering the pepperoni pizza which looked amazing & tasted amazing too! Was just right! Rachel explained the process prior to us starting. We were able to see other designs that were on the wall. You pick out a stain if you want to have some of the board stained which will show because you don't cover it up with your colors/glitter. Beware resin won't come out of your clothes or your hair. So bring something to put your hair up & be careful what you wear. You do get an apron to use but it doesn't cover up your clothes completely. I even brought some of my own glitter because I want sure if they had pink glitter but they have lots of colors to choose from. We had plenty of time to work on our project but once you stir your resin to get the bubbles you have 20 minutes to work with it. My friend brought her mother too & her birthday was a couple days after my friend's. Rachel was fun & had everyone sing happy birthday to them. :-) You need to leave your final project there for 24hrs so it can dry. My friend was suppose to pick mine up & give it to me next time I see her. I really liked the end product & can't wait to see it & use it for something. It's safe to serve food on it. I'd definitely come back for a future art project! This place so reminded me of school and art class. 5/5 stars! Thanks for the fun night Rachel & Paula! P.S. just a suggestion...you should have an air freshener & poop spray for the bathroom.
