When I asked to speak to the manager he claimed they were out of town and he did not want to bother them. He told me no one wants a dirty piece, which it is not. I said no one wants a broken piece either and that I really was needing their help in resolving this because they sold me a broken piece but it was too difficult to see until it was too late. He claimed he would never knowingly sell me a broken piece when I pointed out multiple which he put back on the shelves. These guys are scamming and I feel stupid for falling for their trick.
