Walked in late night on a weekday looking for a vape pen, which I never bought before and the woman and man who were there seemed aware of it. I initially was happy they were able to help and I left feeling confident it was exactly what I was looking for. Found out when I visited another smoke shop a week later that they overcharged me $10 plus purchasing with a card fee of a few dollars. Overall I had a poor experience here, came in for some cigars, they have a pretty great selection at decent prices but I like to pay with cash. If I remember correctly the total came up to $27 and I gave them in $40. As you can imagine I argued with him as he believed I gave him only $30. I called this place to get a price and the person who answered would not give me a price over the phone nor a range. He did say I would like the price. I shouldn't have came here because it was huge waste of my time because it was more expensive than what I originally paid for. He gave some BS excuse about competitors calling for quotes. He thinks by not giving prices over the phone, people will drive out there and be forced to buy it since they're already inside. I refuse to support a business that operates like this. I ended up going to another shop in Daly City because when I called, they gave a price over the phone and it was cheaper. Now, that's customer service.
