I was shopping totally out of my comfort zone, trying to find a gift for my boss, and Craig was AMAZING. He took his time walking me through different brands and quality levels, explained what made each one special, and helped me build a really solid variety pack that fit my budget. I told him I had no clue what my boss would prefer, and he made the whole process easy, zero pressure, and actually enjoyable. The shop itself is super clean, really easy to browse, and -- bonus -- they have a full cigar lounge attached if you want to hang out or bring someone who knows what they're doing.
