Horrible customer service. The man who works late night with glasses is the rudest person ever and did not want to accommodate even tho it was 11:57pm and they closed at 12:00am. He was ready to leave home early and was just on his phone disregarding what was said. I don't think he represent this business well. read more

I really thought a simple, low cost purchase was an easy thing to accommodate. Apparently, unless you are a regular or spending some huge amount of money, you are an Outsider. no acknowledgment when I walked in the store then when I stated I wanted to get some things for my hookah instead of helping me I was just pointed to the hookah section. They didn't have the disposable I usually get so I bought one of the Hyde's and they had me test it before I left. It was extremely burnt and only after I hit it did another employee tell me I needed to wait 3-5 mins for it to warm up before I hit it. He said it would probably continue to taste burnt and refused to offer a replacement?? Maybe you shouldn't have told me to immediately hit it then. Also the prices here are high. Go to Xhale near Cheshire bridge. Much better customer service and prices. read more

Smoke World is the best. I 100% recommend this spot for all smoking related products. The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly, the prices are fair, and the variety is incredible. This is my go to shop in Atlanta, and I make the 40 minute drive from my house to hit it up because it's better than any other I've tried! read more

I actually considered going into this shop before I was harassed less than a min after stepping out of my vehicle...over a parking space. I've been going to the nail salon next door for two years and yes I understand that parking is limited. However, that should've been taken into consideration prior to setting up shop. It's not fair to now have your new parking attendants aggressively assert themselves. They are far too eager and it's creating an uncomfortable shopping experience. Yes I was getting my nails done next-door however I also have smoke shop needs as well...you are turning off potential business. read more
