I shop the city a lot for products. I have to say the Hookah hookup on Cheshire Bridge is by far one of my most pleasant to shop. Every employee is great and very knowledgeable when asked about products. If they don't know they will find out for you. They not only have a large selection of shisha and hookahs but also accessories, glass pipes, incense, CBD products etc... It's a small location but definitely worth the stop. I bought what was supposed to be an extrax delta 8 disposable from them the other day only to realize it is a knockoff. I wasn't too upset at first because it at least worked and hit alright, but within 2 days it stopped working. You can see from the image below that the logo is not extrax's. The light no longer works and it appears to not take any charge when plugged in. Would love to take it back but I won't be back in town for 3 weeks so I guess I'm out of luck. My experience at hookah hookup was great! The sales employee was very helpful and was great with helping my friend pick out everything from the hookah to the coal. The only downside is this store really is tailored toward hookahs because they don't sell lighters. I ended up getting a much better deal - and a top quality/brand hookah that I'm absolutely in love with - much better than the one I ordered. For a place that all hookah/ tobacco spots suggest to retrieve any hookah needs resulted in a huge disappointment. Lack of customer service and unwillingness to make a sale for accessories is ridiculous. Since my first hookah trying to get supplies has been very difficult with this establishment. They acted as if you were bothering them when asking questions to get what you need for your hookah. Not sure why anyone would want to visit this location and spend any money with them. The new management need improvement before profits decrease due to lack of professionalism. Your establishment not going to sale itself, the ability to communicate and build a relationship with customers to keep them coming back will. Ppl will only come back when they feel this is the spot to get everything you need for hookah and unfortunately this is not true at this location. Presentation is everything and this location lacks it. Management motto "If I have to do it for you, then I have to do it for everybody." I give this place negative -5 stars! read more

So I visited this shop on June 2n 2019 at about 2:30. I bought a VaporTech Dabster Kit, $34.99, cool. The guy working the register was really cool, informative, no problems there at all. I get home, put the battery on the charger for a couple of hours, battery doesn't work. Look up the instructions on the manufacturer's website to make sure I'm handling things on my end. Tap the button 5 times...etc... no go. I've tried different plugs, different sockets, everything. The product doesn't work. So I call hookah hookup and the them the scenario, no return policy. Look, I get it given the items they sell. I just bought this a few hours ago. Didn't use it, couldn't use it. Instead I was told to seek out the manufacturer's warranty which I did, guess what? It covers items purchased through their website. Imagine that. So an establishment sells you a product that doesn't work and that's it? Really? How does that make sense? The issue is obviously with the battery, change out the battery, I don't care. I'll pick out a different unit and pay the difference. But to tell me there's nothing you can do after selling me defective equipment is wild. This is a business with stores in multiple states, I didn't buy tobacco or a hookah, I'm not bringing it back because I don't like it, I was sold something that legitimately doesn't work. The selection is great there and they will never try to oversell you on anything you don't really need. They are also open really late which is good if you run out of hookah tobacco at night. The reason I gave 3 stars is because on multiple occasions I have arrived about 5 mins past their opening time of "11am" to find the door locked and a note saying where the person went. Said something like "went to bank, be back in 10 mins". The person who should have been working was nowhere to be found. The guys here are amazing. Awhile ago my boyfriend and I wanted to try hookah and looked into a hookah bar, but decided to stop in here to see what the cost would be just to get our own setup. He made some awesome recommendations, taught us everything we needed to know and in total we spend less than $30. They also have a pretty great selection of glass pipes that are reasonably priced. Since then both of the guys I've interacted with have always been friendly, knowledgable and even jumpstarted my car once.
