Today, they've lost my business. I went in to purchase a Clear Flum Mello (black & silver, picture attached). The man working was a bit older, and it is March 13th at about 12:30 PM. I noticed in their display of "Clear" flavored Flums, they had boxes that were pink, blue, and white. I asked what the difference is between the pink, blue, and the normal one. He said nothing, besides color of the device. I asked him what the white box looked like inside, because I wanted to get the same kind I usually do. He shows me his own vape in his hand, which is the same one I'm looking for, and he says it's exactly that. I open them from the box before purchase and see they are pink colored and shiny. I tell him this is not what it normally looks like. He assures me it is exactly the same and is clear flavor. I purchase 2 of them for $50.00. After purchasing, I removed one from the box and tested it while in store. The vape he sold me had flavor. I immediately let him know that this is not what I asked for and that he told me it was supposed to be the same. He swapped out the unopened device, but refused to give me the correct device since I opened the other one. I explained that he did not give me accurate information which is why I want to get the right one, not because I just don't like it. He said welp and didn't help me. I come here very often. The people who work here are nice and usually helpful with good energy. I wasted $25 for nothing because the worker did not tell me accurate information and actively lied to me by showing me his own vape. While it is a small thing, it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I'd share the advice to this smokeshop to be kind to your customers and they will return & bring their friends!

I purchased a product that completely stopped working within a week, despite minimal use. When I returned to the store seeking help or an exchange, I was shocked by how I was treated. The employee I spoke with--who has recognized me as a regular for years--was dismissive, rude, and basically told me there was nothing they could do. No apology, no attempt to make it right, just indifference. Loyalty clearly means nothing to this business. This kind of customer service is unacceptable, especially when dealing with faulty products. Additionally, I feel it's important to mention that this shop appears to be selling unregulated and illegal substances out of a back room, ranging from cannabis products to magic mushrooms and possibly more. It's concerning and unsafe, especially for unsuspecting customers. I can no longer support this business and would advise others to be cautious.
