This place is TOP NOTCH! I have tried a few other shops in town, but none of them come close to this one. It is larger in size, has way more selection, and much better pricing than anywhere else around. The parking lot is free, open and easy. First time the owner was so happy and greeted us so well and we wanted to spend the day there. He is 100% awesome super friendly. I have been back 4 times now and I feel like I made a wonderful friend the owner is so helpful. Honestly the best customer service I've experienced any where. This business is selling food and beverage products that have been opened by other customers. The manager stated that he's allowing his customer to open these products so they can smell them. When the opened products aren't purchased, they are going back on the shelves. Would you want to buy a product that I opened, sniffed, and decided against? Who is to stop nefarious customers from using this to their own I'll gotten gains? On a side note, the manager cannot be bothered to show up at the time on the schedule he sets. AVOID!! Apparently, store hours mean nothing. I was looking for a smoke shop that actually had tobacco products so I could get a carton of cigarettes. I hopped on Yelp. I went to one by my house but they were out. I sat in the parking lot for a few minutes to look for more. This place showed up. Even though I was in Orange, I decided to head over. It was 830, the page said they were open until 10. I checked it out on Google and it said they were open until 9. Either way, it's 854, right now. While sitting in the turn lane to enter the street, they were open. I pulled in, looked at the time, it was 850. Yet, THEY WERE CLOSED UP!! I run a small business, myself. I wouldn't dare screw people over like this. I'm beyond pissed. This place can't update their hours, let alone stick to them. read more

Well, all I can say is they sell what I look for (Kamel Red's), take cards, and are reasonable. I don't know how else to rate this place since I don't look for much more. Sorry for the very undetailed report friends. They sell a lot of Vape stuff also at what seems to be a lot cheaper than some of the places I've been too. I bought my start-up for $75, and I saw there's for a fraction of that. Not sure what the quality difference is, but hey, for a fraction of the cost why not. Forget the vape and hookah sh*t, they have the best cigar selection, for a non-cigar store, in 6 county's. But if your buying in bulk bring your zip lock bags. They seem to always run out of zip-locks when people are buying cigars. read more
