The owner Jim, has always covered for their screw ups by giving us good deals. Tonight I went in and waited 15 minutes for the clerk, who was talking with his friends, and had not even acknowledged me. By the time I got his attention to purchase $1000 worth of glass, he was too miffed to assist me because it was 8:59pm, 1 minute before they closed. He politely asked me to come back later. I was a bit upset that I had waited, not been acknowledged, and even was read to spend 1k, but he acted like I was an inconvenience at best. Won't be coming back. They just lost an entire family worth of customers that spends a considerable amount on their products. I will be going elsewhere from now on.
