When the hookah finally arrived, it was poorly prepared, lacking flavor, and burned quickly. The ambiance was also lacking, the smoke was not exhausted. On Friday they don't have pineapple heads, or teas in stock. Overall, a very disappointing experience that I would not recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing evening out. I paid 100$ for 1 hookah and tea. Paying expensive here with bad customer service is not worth it.
