I have dealt with this shop for years now, and know no other that is as knowledgeable with vapes as them. If I could give a negative star,I would! I was totally ripped off! They will not stand behind their products, even when they are defective & their salesperson lies to make the sale..... I haven't been this disappointed in any store in a very, very long time... Now I'm out $100.00 and nothing to "smoke". The guy sold me hard on a vision vaporizer and it broke in less than a week. When I went to return it he only offered me a discount on a new one until I was walking out and a guy walked in with the exact same problem with the exact same model. He reluctantly replaced both of our pens after a lengthy discussion on them pushing a bad product, only for that one to also break a week later also. read more

Horrible customer service. Never buy a mod there, they say there is a 30 day store warranty but change their story when you come with complaints and try to return something. Let it go when it happened the first time, but it's happened twice now (shame on me). It's hard to get them to let you test juices as well, usually just let you smell them. read more

Poor Quality- When purchasing eliquid from here, make sure that it is sealed and not expired. I purchased 3 different bottles and the 1st one was expired, the 2nd one was fake which was an old bottle filled with some DIY liquid and the 3rd one had a label placed over the original bottle in which I purchased Glas Milk 3mg and it was Glas Pebbles 6mg. When I realized what happened, I read the receipt and it says no returns on Eliquids if unsealed. So they sell Eliquids that aren't sealed and you stuck with them. Buyer beware, do not buy anything from here unless it is sealed and make sure that get what you want before your final payment. read more

This place is awesome!! I have been to many vape shops and reviewed a couple as well and I must say that this is my favorite. For 1 it's close to my house, but besides that they have a wide variety and collection of juices, tanks, boxes and acessories. They are really friendly and super knowledgeable. I get to the store and its buy 2 get 1 free and on top of that they will only give the discount if you like them on Facebook. All the likes on facebook that they have are a lie. I'm writing this review to warn people not to spend you're hard earned money at this place I normally read reviews before I spend a bunch of money but this time I did not and I payed for it literally like $370 and ate the whole purchase I was afraid to order online because in case the item was defective I might not be able to return it so I went to this store and purchased 2 mods lost vape therion 166 and alien al 85 240 ml of juice 4 lg batteries before I made the purchase I asked the manager if any thing goes wrong with the mod if it can be returned he re ashured me that I have 30 days anything goes wrong I will take care of you so I felt comfortable to make the purchase seemed legit plus they have a bunch of stores but don't be deceived by that I was told each store has there own discretion when I called another smoke o vapor so anyway this is what happened the e juice I got was to high of nic no testers so I got 6mg spend like $70 some dollars next day called in told the guy he said I can't return it but would give me a discount if I bought more ok that was fine because I made the mistake I few days latter my mod start acting up the one I payed $150 for called in about it told him it is acting up getting hot not working properly he said it's fine all mods get hot which they don't I know that but he just kept playing it off like I did not know what I was talking about so I kept trying so I got afraid this thing might blow up in my hand I called back and he was a bit upset told me to bring it back to see what's going on with it knowing I live 25 miles away so I told him il come out as soon as I get free time from work in the mean time my frends dad passed away I called back to let him know I would come back as soon as posble he was upset and said yeah ok it doesn't matter I already told you just bring you're recipet and hung up on me well I was talking with no remorse didint even say sorry to here that or anything I already knew this guy was going to give me a hard time so I drove out there 25 miles away with the mod and the receipt he looked at it for a few seconds had a guy screw a tank on it puffed it a few times and told me it was fine I explained you have to use it for a while before it starts to read err and the battery drains he said it's fine nothing wrong and offered me a bottle of juice for the inconvenience just looking for a way out not to do the return I said I don't want the juice all I want is what I payed for just to exchange the defective mod he kept insisting the mod is fine I told him sarcastically yes that's way I drove out all this way because it's working just fine I guess I'm crazy I can't take it back cause I will lose money so I told him I don't want anybody to lose money just send it back to the manufacture and they will refund you he told me to go true the manufacture I got fed up and said il just buy another sell it to me at cost he made me wait 5 min and told me he can take $15 off if I buy it now plus he will give me the juice lol the one he was giving me already I told him you win and I left and did not take his bottle of juice bottom line I got ripped off so if you want to get tricked in to thinking there going to back there products they will not a flea market Will probably return a product faster than them trust me it's a shame I wasted my money there don't be stupid and waste yours as soon as you hand them you're money you are nothing to them I'm going to check my mods I got from them to make shure there not clones because I seen a review saying they sell clones what a waste read more

These guys have no idea what they are doing running a business. They are uneducated about the business they are in. I bought a Kangertech battery only to have problems with it non stop till it completely failed about a month and a half after I bought it. I went back to the store they said there was nothing that could be done about it. After arguing with them they exchanged my $80 battery for a cheap $30 one. I didnt until I went to another reputable vape shop that Kangertech offers a 3 month warranty on all their items! Totally ripped off!!! Another battery I unfortunately got there the usb plug became dislodged inside the battery I wasnt rough with it at all but they told me it was my fault and there was nothing they could do! DO NOT SHOP AT PLACES THAT DONT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS!!! Everyone I know who has gone to this place enough times eventually has a horrible experience. Avoid them at all costs!!! I would like to inform any one that buys from this place that they handle matters extremely wrong. I tried to get a warranty from the Greco Science company on a product that I bought from a Smoke O Vapor location and it came back to be not authentic. Greco Science is the company that makes G Pens that most have heard of. According to Greco Science, this company is selling unauthentic units that you cannot get warranties on. I went back to get a refund and after showing them that I bought this unit there with the receipt that I got from them, the unit itself, the emails that I received from Greco Science, the pictures that I sent Greco Science as well. The gentleman kept replying with "Did you buy it more than thirty days ago?" I replied with "yes". He kept saying, "Then there is nothing we can do about it". There is nothing we can do about it is what I got from them when I showed them that there was a problem of authenticity of there units. He told me call the number on the card and talk to them. I called and he told me the same thing but offered me thirty bucks off a new one. I don't want to run into another authenticity problem with their unit I said, he said "don't worry we just got a new vendor"..... Ok so what about all the products you have sold before that, especially after being a customer to their locations for such a long time.. Hope there isn't a similar problem with their PAX vapes too, then I would really be screwed. I bought a PAX from them that I didn't have any problems with that.
