Well got to Southside a few seconds before it was supposed to close. George who was managing the shop told me to take my time, that there wasn't a rush. I was about to turn around and leave after purchasing my cigars for the evening and another patron invited me to go back outside where there was a group of regulars enjoying a cigar (s). Buyer Beware I agree completely with the two other very…read morepoor reviews here. I'll never go to this store again. I went in previously to check it out and it seemed OK and appeared to have a huge inventory. When I went in again recently to look at a few things including a nice Zippo lighter, I decided to buy it. I also got a few more items. When I got home and looked at the receipt, the only thing that was listed clearly was the lighter. All of the other items were not itemized and it was thrown together in a lump sum. I called them and questioned it because I felt like I was over charged. I also asked if I could return the lighter because I didn't want it. It was not used and still in the box. The guy on the phone said they have a no refund / return policy. He said it was on the receipt. I told him it was absolutely not stated on the receipt. I didn't see any signage stating that as well in the store. I understand consumable products might be logically subject to a no refund policy, but not the lighter. At that point I knew I was dealing with a sketchy business. Before the call ended he was obnoxious and called me - Karen. I called the other location to talk to the owner and I ended up talking to a clueless woman who didn't speak English. It's all beyond weird, pathetic and unprofessional. Let the Karma fairy deal with it.

They have a wide selection of items and you can almost always find what you're looking for within your price range. Parking is widely available in their own lot and carts are conveniently located too. They have unique gift items available and a wide variety of soft drinks, snacks, and hard to find cocktail condiments. Best time to visit is on weekdays as they are much busier on weekends.

On this visit, I was searching for a specific flavor of pretzels that Kiara told me about (the ones she gets on the plane), which are supposedly only sold at Total Wine. I saw other flavors in the store, but not the one I was looking for. The brand of the pretzels is Stellar and I was searching for the Maui Monk flavor. The website indicated that they had it in stock, so I asked a worker for help. Unfortunately, he was unhelpful and made me feel like I was bothering him, so I continued searching on my own. After some time looking on my own, I asked another employee, who was much more helpful. He took the time to check and explained that they were likely out of stock and that the online inventory isn't always accurate. He also mentioned how popular the pretzels are and that they sell out quickly--even he buys several when they come in. My husband was also looking for a small bottle of Cointreau, but they were out of that as well. I decided to try another flavor of the pretzels - Sweet and Sparky. These were good, had a spice to them with the buffalo flavoring. These bags are priced at $6.49. I'd like to eventually try the other flavors, including the one I was looking for. This visit was hit-or-miss in terms of customer service and item availability.

May sound insane to some but I had a wild day! My 3chi pen from another place leaked everywhere per usual so I had nothing to calm my anxiety prior to work... which delta 9 hybrid is what I typically use to help with that. Cut to the end of my night and I had a late table come in keeping me there later than normal and I was already planning on going to the shop after work since they didn't close until 10. I was pushing it really close and I called and asked them if I was to get there right before they close if they would still let me get something if I knew what I wanted and the guy on the phone said "as long as you're here before 10 and now what you want"which I got there a minute or two before 10 .. knew what I wanted and they checked me out! Three super cool guys in there listened to my little spout about my day and gave back good energy! It's always good vibes in there they're always helpful and It's always clean.
