She was not helpful/educated/ or maybe just disinterested in answering my questions. This place has EVERYTHING. I was first introduced to the team here at Santiago's during the Blackfriars production of Anna in the Tropics, where we had live cigar rolling for some of the evening shows. They have the expertise and a huge breadth of experience to answer your questions, and provide you with the exact celebratory smoke you're looking for. I tend to go for the alcohol infused/scented cigar options, as I am usually enjoying a cigar alongside a celebratory drink of some kind. My partner and I adore the Makers Mark cigar, and I am a sucker for anything red wine infused. They do custom bands for events, live rolling, and have nice detailed descriptions of their cigars on their website. If you are new to cigars, this is the absolute best place to dive in for the first time. Such helpful staff members with literally zero judgement, they are there to guide you along the way. They will cut for you if desired and send you on your way! They weren't open (yet) when my cigar craving hit this morning, but I am looking forward to stopping by ASAP and grabbing some goodies to enjoy here at home. Much to love to this amazing shop!

Sergei and company have been meticulously tweaking the experience for old school, newbies, and the "what is a vape?" folks. An interior with hundreds upon hundreds of juice/liquid offerings, and enough mods and pod mods to make any collectors dreams, they have anted up over and over again. Currently they offer 0% liquids with flavors, Salt Nic tobacco flavors, and accessories that will continue to keep them in the limelight of places to go when you need the necessary items. From a customer standpoint, they offer tutorials, recommendations, vape safety education, fair prices, and are willing to work with you when it comes to a return or defect, which is golden in the customers eye. If you listen to the radio, you'll hear their commercials, and it's great that they support local events as well!
