Currently they offer 0% liquids with flavors, Salt Nic tobacco flavors, and accessories that will continue to keep them in the limelight of places to go when you need the necessary items. From a customer standpoint, they offer tutorials, recommendations, vape safety education, fair prices, and are willing to work with you when it comes to a return or defect, which is golden in the customers eye. However, I think many of the negative reviews you see at various vape shops are likely overdramatized. I've been vaping forever, so I can't relate too much to new people looking for advice. However, to those looking for a place to stock up locally, this place was able to get the job done for me. Simple transaction: I call ahead asking if they have Horizon Falcon M1+ coils. Guy says yes. I show up 20ish minutes later. I would've bought 10 boxes, but they only had 4. No biggie! I ask to take all 4, and ask if they happen to have Aspire Breeze NXT coils. Despite those being tough to find recently, they DID have 3 boxes. I take all of those as well. Dude was friendly... said "Glad we could help you out with these. Sorry we didn't have more." I say "No worries, I'll just do the same thing and call ahead next time I need to restock." Again, simple. Was it as cheap as the online vendors I used to purchase from? No. Was I expecting it to be? No. Was I expecting a small independent shop to carry a buttload of one specific coil? I had some hope, but no I'm not surprised they only kept a few boxes of my favorite crap around. Frankly, I'm just glad someone keeps a decent supply on hand so that I didn't have to run all the way down to my last coil, and I didn't have to drive to the other side of the city either. After calling 2 other west side shops and hearing them explain how they didn't have squat in stock, I'd call THIS transaction a success. I'll be hitting them up in a few months to hopefully re-stock to a larger degree next time. No theatrics, no drama.

Disappointed by the lack of accountability and support when I raised a legitimate concern. I won't be returning. Maybe perhaps he could have recommended ones that are popular, his personal favorites, maybe even offer me a sample to see what my friend might like? No way! Avoid this store; they deal in counterfeit products. They sold us two products which were fake. For…read moreone product, they exchanged it with an "upgrade;" this ended up being the real deal. The second product they exchanged for yet another counterfeit which we discovered after checking the product ID code online. When we requested a refund, they refused, even though they were well informed by this point that the item was counterfeit. I would not purchase from this shop ever. Although they do note on their door that they do not offer refunds, if you are selling a fake product and marketing it as authentic (as they are still doing, in the store and online, even though they know it is absolutely fake), any shop with integrity would stand behind their product and issue a full refund. Bad business, and have been reported to the government.
