Anyone else I have dealt with want nothing to do with me whenever I have questions about anything. There was an issue where I was sold a floor unit of a device but paid for a more expensive unit. I wasn't able to exchange it since that particular model's pods have been on back order for weeks. I was given a discount on another unit only because of the mixup but the unit had west and tear (had it less than a week). So I've paid for two devices and can't even use one because of supply chain issues. Understandable. I purchased some replacement pods for the discounted unit and they were almost immediately defective. The individual working wouldn't help me and made me return hours later when akash started his shift. Their return policy doesn't exist and even when it's their mistake or a defective item they make it difficult to handle it. I will continue to return here because of the convenience but it's really sad I can only get a good experience from one of their many employees.

I met Matt the owner and even though Matt didn't have the exact piece I was looking for he did offer to order it and would happen in a couple days, but he went one step higher and we actually were able to build the piece I was looking for in three different pieces which was still close to what I was looking for and I was able to get me up and running again and each piece was very inexpensive quality glass decent prices. This shop has a lot of unique pieces comes with an knowledge and customer service. I highly recommend this show to anyone looking for any smoking related products. He explained exactly why a vape can leak and how to prevent it and I've not had a leak since. Also FYI- it shouldn't surprise anyone that prices at a store are going to be higher than online. At a store we get a person helping us, a shop to walk into and browse, and lots of things to look at and talk about. But all of this costs money.
