Bought a Mi-pod vape came with 2 coils, one broke almost immediately, took it back and wasn't able to get a replacement. Gave me an old version coil that doesn't work. Didn't have e liquid on me, was told it was "against the law" for the store to give me some to test and see if the coil worked. Really awkward. May not be same for all staff. read more

Seriously as good as it gets for a vape shop! I travel a lot and this is hands down the best vape shop experience I have ever had. They have two locations; one in Tigard which is really convenient when I'm in that area. Both locations are great with an excellent selection and fantastic customer service! This was my first ever visit to a vape shop. They were laid back and knowledgeable. There was no intimidation factor, if you're new and have questions. Thank you Laurel. The shop was clean, nicely organized, had comfortable seating, and a large selection of juices. Aside from the banter, that was my favourite part of the visit. Lots of choices, and I got to smell each fluid I was interested in; very helpful. I walked away with a tank at a price I liked, and with features that met my desires. Also Grape flavored juice. I stopped in this shop (after grabbing a pizza next door) to pick up some e-juice. I'm relatively new to vaping but have learned quite a bit about it in the 6 months I've been off of cigarettes after smoking for 40 years. The guy that helped us was flat-out rude. He told us our e-cigs were outdated in an attempt to get us to upgrade, and suggested a specific brand of juice that was relatively more expensive than other brands I've purchased. That's salesmanship, and I can live with that. What bothered me was the whole time we were there, he was vaping and blowing HUGE clouds of "smoke" right in our faces. Several times. This might be acceptable to the new wave of "smokers" but to an old fart like me, it's just plain RUDE. If this is his way of displaying the thick, flavorful vapor the juice and paraphernalia provide, I'll pass and I should have. I bought the juice anyway, and it is indeed good. I just won't be getting that or anything else there again. read more

I was really pleased with the service here. I worked with Randy and explained I was new to vaping and needed a full tutorial. Additionally I explained that I was quitting smoking cigarettes and this was my first step. He was totally patient with me and took a ton of time explaining all my options and how to use the products. Buyer Beware! I went into the Beaverton location last night and bought two bottles of juice and coils. I assumed they were the standard $20 per bottle and the guy said they were 20% off for the holiday. He then told me that the price of the juice was $30 per bottle and they were giving 20% off. Everywhere online has this for $12 to $16 so when you add shipping it's about $20 per bottle. I asked Carlos and he said "they're always that much". I go there because it's close to my house but I'll drive the extra distance for honest service! They also led me to believe that I was getting a "smoking" deal on a mod last time I was in there. It was just before the ban and the employee said they were on special. The employee said the regular price was$75, but I could have it for $45. After I left I checked and everywhere I could find had them for $35. Know your prices before going in there! read more

I love this place. It's farther away from me than Elements, but it's worth the trip. They carry several solid lines of vaporizers and accessories, and they support what they sell. I never worry about buying anything from them; if I have any trouble, I'll just head back and they'll fix me right up. They have a good selection of juice, as well. I've found several which work well as ADVs, and others which are nice now and then. I would name which employees are awesome, but I think it's all of them. read more

I was glad to find what I needed at first, but after a few more visits and spending way more than expected, I wouldn't recommend this place. I've been here a few times, (usually go when my GO-TO shop up the block is out of whatever I need). Normally it's worth spending the extra few bucks on juice but this last time I went in for some coils, I bought em for $21 from you guys, looked em up at home, $6 online, 8$ around the corner. This place is a rip off. Not even my go to spot pulls that crap on anyone. If you want unfair prices and staff that don't care go here. I will never shop here again, and I would suggest for anyone around to find a DIFFERENT VAPE SHOP. This stores' ownership stresses the importance to sell products. Myself and 2 other friends have been lead to believe 100% incorrect information in order to secure sales. No one needs my sob-story but I would strongly advise finding a different store to get your vape hardware; fluids, coils, mods, etc. These employees (AND OWNER) will tell you what you want to hear, in order to follow through for a sale. read more

Great vape shop! My favorite without a doubt. They're always friendly and knowledgeable. Doesn't matter if you're new to vaping or a vape enthusiast, they can and will help you in a friendly manner. Serenity also has a great variety of flavors and a laidback atmosphere with an area taste test. I bought my first ego twist from here, but it stopped working a week later for no apparent reason. I went in and Jon couldn't have been more helpful. He looked it over, saw that I hadn't broken or mistreated it, but couldn't find the issue. So he replaced my ego, which probably kept me from becoming discouraged with vaping. They really care about customer satisfaction there, I would and do recommend Serenity Vapor to everybody. The negative reviews for this place are absurd. Mech mods are something that you have to use properly, and know about to do so. Eddie C. sounds like he shorted his battery out then left it in the mod, which is user error times two. If you short your battery(which shouldn't happen unless you do something wrong like put it in upside down) you need to take it out right away, then put it outside or in a bucket of water because it's likely to have a meltdown or explode. That's a no brainer, no wonder his mod and battery are toast. Pat F. probably is using an outdated pen and sounds overly sensitive, if there's a much better product out there for 40 bucks then why not upgrade? I seriously doubt someone was blowing vapor directly at his face. As is usual in rooms that contain multiple vapers, the whole place is hazy from everyone vaping in there. Sometimes a cloud drifts your way, it happens when you vape indoors, there's no need to cry about it. I'll be back, probably often :) read more

I like this shop quite a bit but the employees are really up tight and it's almost to professional feeling. I like to come in a vape shop and sit back and feel like I'm in a vape shop and not feel like I'm being judged. The employees are friendly but once again to professional. Like they want me to come in and get out. But over all not a horrible shop but not my favorite. read more
