Complete rip-off and unethical practices. I'm new to the area so I dropped in and bought some eliquid for $29.99...it was supposed to be a 2-pack...when I got home, there was only one bottle in there...when I went back to the store the girl, after talking to management, said that even though the box states it is a 2-pack, they sell them individually for $29.99...so this store opens boxes or packs, sells individual items, then reseals the box? Not only that, the actual 2-pack is online for $25...so they will sell something that is $25 for $60 total...what an absolute rip-off...she said there are 2 price tags on the box, which means each bottle in a sealed box is sold individually...what planet are these people from? I wearily went in here after reading the reviews. My friend goes here and had picked me up some zero nicotine disposals since I quit nicotine last October. I normally order online but didn't want to wait for shipping. I went in on a Sunday and the shop smelled great and was full and visually pleasing. The woman who helped me was kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. The prices are high here, I expected that since it's a brick and mortar store as opposed to online. I bought 6 disposables and it came to $151, including the $5 tip for the girl. I got home and there was only 5 in my bag. I called the store and the woman answered said I know exactly who you are your vape fell out of the bag and I left a note here if you were going to call or come back. I drove back to the store and picked my missing vape up no issue. I will be back, and had good customer service today outside of having to drive back lol. I have absolutely been into smoke shops that would have told me I'm SOL about the missing vape though, so generally I had a good experience today and will be back! read more

BEWARE! this shop doesn't do returns/exchanges on items, disposables at least. i went in here looking for an hhc vape and happily saw they carried the kik kalibloom brand which i really enjoy! the one pictured specifically caught my eye as i've never heard or seen it before so that's what i chose to purchase at $39.99 which is what i normally pay so that was cool too. but then, i get back home and start trying to find this vape online as i want to see reviews and check to see that it was all valid and not a counterfeit product. i couldn't find a single thing about it anywhere. not even on sites that i know smoke shops often use to purchase their products. it sketched me out and i didn't really want the vape anymore. another thing that creeped me out is on the official kik website i couldn't find the corresponding batch number AND when i went to click on pictures of other vapes on the site, the sticker where it states the "strain" and license number, qr code, etc; it looked awfully different. on the one that i purchased, it shows the batch number 220000 (which doesn't exist on the kik site), what type of vape it is, and that it's indica. welllllll, on the official kik site the label only shows the license number (which is located on the BACK of the box that i purchased) whether it's sativa or indica, and how much is in the vape (1000MG). overall just tripped me out, guy called his manager and i got a big fat "nope sorry". just wouldn't go here, wouldn't trust it. i know it's a gamble buying these products at any shop but bahama mama in richmond, tx would never!! they let me exchange a vape that didn't come with that little plastic seal on the mouthpiece!! now that's trustworthy. it's just plain strange they wouldn't let me return an unopened product purchased less that 5 minutes ago read more
