I'm new to the area so I dropped in and bought some…read moreeliquid for $29.99...it was supposed to be a 2-pack...when I got home, there was only one bottle in there...when I went back to the store the girl, after talking to management, said that even though the box states it is a 2-pack, they sell them individually for $29.99...so this store opens boxes or packs, sells individual items, then reseals the box? Not only that, the actual 2-pack is online for $25...so they will sell something that is $25 for $60 total...what an absolute rip-off...she said there are 2 price tags on the box, which means each bottle in a sealed box is sold individually...what planet are these people from? Anyways, my mistake for not going online...won't happen again...

I came here a few weeks ago to get a small salt vape in order to attempt to quit smoking. I came in and the guys at the counter were more than happy to sit and explain the different styles and price ranges they offered, as well as their genuine opinion on each. 45 minutes of this and I walked I out with exactly what I needed. Today, two weeks later, I came in to replace my coil in my vape. They helped me install the new one without even asking. Unfortunately, the small rubber part broke off when he was refilling the juice. So what does he do? No hesitation, gets me a brand new tank for my vape. Excellent service, excellent people, and very reasonable prices on top of everything. I would give 6/5 stars if I could.

Two Years of Loyalty Wiped Out - Zero Support Response!! I…read moream writing this review as a last resort because every other channel--in-store visits, phone calls, support emails, and even providing my information to HR--has resulted in zero follow-up. I have been a loyal customer at Vape City for two years, ALWAYS saving my rewards points. On March 22nd, I confirmed with a staff member in-store that I had a balance of over $200. I used a portion of those points for a purchase that day; however, when I got home the vape did not work and that is when all the trouble began. While the guy I spoke with eventually located my account after a call to someone else, the account has since vanished entirely. I am now being told the system cannot find any record of my phone number or my two years of accrued points. Please note they changed/updated their "systems". The Facts: Verified Balance: Confirmed in-store on March 22nd as being over $200. Due Diligence: I have contacted support, visited the store multiple times, and spoke with HR. The Result: No one has contacted me, and the only "solution" offered was a staff member telling me, "Hopefully they find your rewards." "Hopefully" isn't a business solution for missing funds. I have spent a significant amount of money at this establishment over the last 24 months, and I expect my account and the rewards I earned to be restored. I am looking for a manager or corporate representative to reach out and resolve this immediately.
