THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! From the time I walked in she had an attitude and didn't even get up to help until I asked for assistance. I was the only one in the store! I asked her the difference between two products and she didn't know. Ok fair. Then she didn't know anything about hookah bc according to her, she doesnt smoke it. Okkkk. Then she knew nothing about the lighters. So I finally asked her, well what do you know about in this store? She didn't like that and threw out some comments under her breath. Then she was tryna get me out of the store quickly after that. I told her I will leave when I'm done and asked her who the F she was talking to? She had the nerve to yell at me bc she was ignorant to what she carried in "her store" and then tell me to lower my voice when she was at the same octave! Of course i stood my ground, yelled right back and cussed her ass out right back. she called me a bitch. I will NEVER EVER EVER forget this experience. The other people who work there have never treated me that way. I would not recommend ANYONE go there when the girl with long black hair is working. Wish i knew the manager. read more

He had great choices from a wide array of hookah tobacco flavors and disposable vapes to so many other high-quality vaporizers, glass, vape juice, coils, cigarettes, cigars, and so much more! It doesn't get cheaper than this store with their daily specials and prices. I easily saved $15 coming here versus the other store I used to visit. I'll definitely be returning because their customer service is excellent, prices are phenomenal, and quality is unmatched. Thank you again for the incredible experience!

Since its an annual event it attracts a lot of folks from DC, I'm glad in 2025 they have just opted for a nearby street that is much wider so there can be a little bit more circulation happening, but its still incredibly crowded.
