I've even heard her giving random discounts to people just because they share her opinions (and trust me, you WILL hear those opinions whether you want to or not). I've worked in customer service for 18+ years, and if one of my employees ever acted like that, they'd be unemployed before lunch. Rule #1: greet your customer, put down the phone, and if you hate your life that day -- fake it till you clock out. At this point, I literally plan my trips around the night shift because she's THAT good and the day shift is THAT BAD. The employee check whether they had any available in a device package, and after confirming they did, still refused to sell me a single pod from the pack & i was willing to purchase other products as well. I'm honestly not sure what the point of checking was if there was no intention of helping me find a solution. I ended up driving to multiple other vape shops and still couldn't find what I needed, so I returned hoping they might be willing to help, but no luck. The lack of flexibility and customer service was disappointing. Because of this experience, I won't be returning for future purchases.
