This place is comical. I've spent thousands here over the past few years(always tip employees just to keep $ local) and these guys tried calling me out like I was a cop today. Felt completely unwelcomed. Asked if "I'd ever been there before?" Or "if I knew what was up?" Said he was a new employee but still bs. You won't see my business anymore lames. read more

I've been shopping here for 4 years. The family who owned this business before the new owners took it over were SO great. The new owners are assholes. They know nothing about the products they're selling, and they do not care. They can't answer basic questions about their own inventory. Which wouldn't really matter if they'd let you browse their products without making you feel like a potential shoplifter. I just spent about $90 there, and while I was trying to find the products I needed, the guy stood there, pressuring me, and kept having to re-lock the display and make me wait while he moved off to help other customers, and then return to allow me to look through their giant pile of products on the floor of a closet, pressuring me while I'm trying to find what I was looking for with no help whatsoever-- like I was inconveniencing him by trying to buy products in his store. It's such a horrible experience going in there every time. These men are rude, arrogant, dismissive and obnoxious. They have no respect for locals and customer loyalty means nothing. I'm buying everything online now. read more

Haven't been able to find a single open smoke shop since everything closed down for covid19 but smokers had me covered! I called to make sure they were open and he asked me what I was looking for. Sent me photos of tons of glass options with their prices. I also got glass cleaner and hemp - all great prices! Brought my items out to my car for a social distance pick up! read more

Smokers has many different types of glass-pipes -- both hand-blown creations and general imports -- starting as low as $ 1.99 and up. Went in and just asked for advice on getting a cheap disposable rather than get. A new coil as I had one at home; inquired about possibly changing the coil and the handsome young guy there was so awesome he recommended super cheap coil and mini bottle of salt nic I didn't even know they had that!!!! Walked out having spent a literally fraction of what I would expect and am used to spending literally everywhere else I go and was so amazed!!! Always will come here!!! At smokers smoke shop and after an experience which was really just a miss communication. They contacted me immediately and graciously invited me down to resolve the problem immediately. Unfortunately I was sick and was just able to get to their estabilmentcwhich which I have only had nothing but respect for over the years. One of the best smoke shops in OB. Cheapest prices on smokes and great selection of other products.

This shop does not stand behind its products and is selling cheaply manufactured items. Pieces are just falling apart with in two weeks because of shotty glass work. Refuses to acknowledge it as their problem or even make up the faulty product to their customers. They feel as though they have your money; why should we help you now? I went there to support a local community shop but was instead conned by a shop that is acting only with greedy intention. There is no place for that in OB.
