So I reposted again just stating there was no need to remove my comment and they could've just simply replied. Well, the next day the second posting also disappeared. So, I think what irritates me the most is that the owner's/manager, whoever is running the TikTok account, is unable to take customer feedback and provide thoughtful responses to customers providing comments.
