The Rose Bush is a food truck park with a wonderful variety of food truck options and cuisines. I tried the Philly Cheesesteak truck and Beyond Flavor which is a soul food category. The food at both trucks were pretty amazing! There was virtually no wait time to place orders when I went. And my orders were ready in5-10 minutes. The ambience is casual and family friendly with indoor and outdoor seating. For the sports lovers, there's televisions playing the football games when I went so you should really enjoy it. When paying close to 22.00 for a cheese steak sandwich you'd think they get it right. Not once ,not twice ,this is the 3rd time I've tried these guys out hoping to get what I ordered the right way. This time they forgot to put banana peppers. I like them cooked in. I went back and was given a little cup of banana peppers and told It won't happen again. Well sir ...this is the 3rd time this has happened. Whether lts missing extra mushroom,lettuce and tomatoes or banana pepper,the expensive price I pay or how rude some can be boggles my mind. Came here for a friend's 40th Birthday party. Super cool venue with several food trucks out front and BYOB in the private party area. Capacity is around 50 people with enough room for a DJ and a small dance area. We had a great time and enjoyed the space. Would recommend checking out. read more

Recently celebrated my 30th birthday here with a twist. I hosted a mini woman's workshop where we did yoga (streamed from YouTube onto the TVs), ate great food catered from Malik's Phamous Phillys, a guest speaker, and arts and crafts at the end. Booking was easy and was able to reach out at any time with questions. Rob (owner of the Rose Bush) called me a week prior to the event to give me the details I needed to stream the video. Vince (manager at Malik's) was super helpful with the food order and with set-up. I was able to message them with my order the day before. They added a door to make the event space even more private from the public. We had our own restroom, plenty of space for decor and drinks, and even a separate table for sweets. Son, that is a damn good meal! Don't show up without an appetite! You must go hungry and you must get both the sandwich and the fries. It is, in fact, a must! The venue is cute and it is spacious. You have a lot of potential for decor and they provide the tables and chairs which is a big plus. The down side is that there is a food truck lot right outside and the workers don't respect the venue being rented. We had people coming in and out wanting to 'look' and it was annoying. Then there is a man that I guess is supposed to stop uninvited guests but he let kids come in without parents to use the restroom then gaslit me (pregnant host) about me not wanting kids running in to use the venue restroom because it's "kids" but one was full of my makeup and extra clothes that I didn't want messed with and they obviously didn't know that. This is a cool little spot. We arrived between lunch and dinner on a Saturday and there were two trucks open (a third opened as we were leaving). It's nice to be able to enjoy the trucks in a shaded lot. There's a building where they host private events that has a bathroom. read more

Small food truck on San Pedro. They have Malik's Philly cheesesteak and a rotation of trucks. We went on a Friday night expecting to also have Krab kingz as on option, but they were closed at 8pm. We were disappointed since we went specifically for them. The only food truck was Malik's and popsicle cart. They have outside and inside seating. Parking is limited. When we went, there was only a handful of people. It is BYOB. No outside water or non alcoholic drinks allowed. I've seen flyers about The Rose Bush! We randomly decided to stop by. The parking wasn't difficult. Parking is on the street- DO NOT PARK at the vacant gas station next door, they will tow! The traffic was pretty slow tonight (Saturday)when we came. There were only 2 food trucks there. I was expecting more food trucks to be there. The area was pretty and very clean. Their biggest promotion was byob and wine! They have $2 buckets of ice available. The philly cheese steak was delicious. And came out very fast! Their staff was friendly and knowledgeable of what came in each item and offered up grades to each cheesesteak. We also had a cupcake from another food truck. Also, ERY delicious. The icing was thick and creamy. Something that I wasn't sure I was going to enjoy- but I loved it. This place seems like a cool hang out spot if you're from the area! Cool ambience! We had our party here and it was honestly the perfect venue! The only downside was that we couldn't bring anything but desserts or drinks unless we paid a fee, which I'm glad we paid because there was only one food truck open at the time of the party. The cheesesteak was awesome and the fries are amazing. The atmosphere has us going back there. We can be cool but also bring our kids. Although on our last visit, there were some boys teasing my son and blowing these loud whistles as they chased him out of the play area. The children were unruly and when someone asked where there parents were, they said working in the truck. After my son was knocked in the head twice by a bigger boy on a bike, we left and those kids kept bothering all that were there. I love coming here with my kids there's a great play area except last time some crazy old lady drinking Smirnoff was writing how horny she was on the chalkboard... the owner quickly handled that situation in a very professional matter.
