We went for a friends birthday since he had seen the dinoritto on social media and wanted to try it out. The restaurant itself is very nice and clean with plenty of seating. When we went it was pretty slow so we had plenty of time to check out the menu and not feel rushed. While they had run out of the Dino tabs sadly, we ordered a bit of everything else. Came here for the first time. We ordered the Stoneritto and a side of waffle fries and 2 drinks. We got everything, but we got a Dinoritto instead of what we ordered. Stoneritto has fries in it and mines did not have. It took a while for it to come so I didn't even want to bring it up in case I had to wait even longer. On top of that, I ordered a water bottle and never got it, and when I asked for it 3mins later, the cashier tried to charge me again. Anyways, waffle fries were delicious, but nothing special. The smoked beef rib was super tender and a bit flavorful. The mac-n-cheese was very bland and we had to rely on the bbq sauce to enjoy it. Not a good experience because they don't know how to refund your money back from items that they had but was told they don't do anymore and I was going to get a refund back. Called a few days later but was meet with a very rude and unprofessional guy who stars can't hear me and then proceeded to hang up and when I called back that same rude guy did not answer the phone. It's HUMONGOUS, and the combination of beef rib, mac n cheese, fries, and queso is perfect. It is big enough to feed 2 grown men, and there's still a little bit leftover. Really huge portion! The only thing that we didn't like is the location. It's an outdoor picnic table setting at El Camino with several other food trucks, and unfortunately the bugs were quite active around 7p in late April. It was very small, maybe about 1/2 lb of meat clinging to rib bone (barely). I'll enclose a picture. And, the biggest problem is that they charged $66 for that one small rib. This was supposed to be a "Dino" rib - again, very large based on their photos. We will never return or order online. This has to be th4 biggest ripoff for takeout food we've ever experienced. The brisket was also very expensive and my wife's comment was, "How do they manage to make it both fatty and dry at the sane time?"
