She was excited for a brisket sandwich and truffle fries and was looking forward to a relaxing evening at home. Instead, the order arrived with someone else's name on it and completely different food. DoorDash refunded the order, but that didn't help with the fact that she still had no dinner. When we contacted the restaurant, the solution offered was to come pick up a replacement within five minutes before closing. It was already around 10:55 PM. Mistakes happen, but customer service matters when they do. A refund doesn't replace the experience, and telling a customer to rush over minutes before closing is not a reasonable resolution. We went for a friends birthday since he had seen the dinoritto on social media and wanted to try it out. The restaurant itself is very nice and clean with plenty of seating. When we went it was pretty slow so we had plenty of time to check out the menu and not feel rushed. While they had run out of the Dino tabs sadly, we ordered a bit of everything else. I tried the brisket grilled cheese and fries while my wife tried the brisket nachos and Mac and cheese. My sandwich was great, didn't think I would finish it at first and I did. On top of that, I ordered a water bottle and never got it, and when I asked for it 3mins later, the cashier tried to charge me again. Anyways, waffle fries were delicious, but nothing special. The smoked beef rib was super tender and a bit flavorful. The mac-n-cheese was very bland and we had to rely on the bbq sauce to enjoy it. We got no napkins and had to stand in line to grab a fork and knife because there was no way we could bite that thing. Overall, very pricey, but still good to try once. The staff are friendly. Nice little courtyard surrounded by a bar, a few food trucks, and a playground for the kiddies. There's a small pre-paid parking lot further up the street which I found to be cheaper. It's HUMONGOUS, and the combination of beef rib, mac n cheese, fries, and queso is perfect. It is big enough to feed 2 grown men, and there's still a little bit leftover. Really huge portion! The only thing that we didn't like is the location. It's an outdoor picnic table setting at El Camino with several other food trucks, and unfortunately the bugs were quite active around 7p in late April. The service I received was great I was greeted as soon as I walked up but not the way a carnival barker would either. I was given time to peruse then walked through the menu in the questions I had. I f*cking love cheese, and this Mac was amazing. Not too thick, and not watery. It was perfectly salted with the right balance of cheeses. This is the absolute best brisket I've had in San Antonio!! I got the Loaded Brisket Fries & Brisket grilled cheese & I am hooked. So moist, juicy and flavorful even after having to take it to go and drive 40 minutes home. The restruaunt is so cute and beautifully decorated! Definitely a unique for a bbq place. We ordered a Dino Rib and 1/2 lb brisket plus bacon Mac and Cheese. Had seen pictures of ribs and they all looked very large. Maybe we shouldn't have ordered delivery (Uber Eats) because it's clear that the rib we received was NOT at all as large as pictured in their own advertisements. It was very small, maybe about 1/2 lb of meat clinging to rib bone (barely). I'll enclose a picture. And, the biggest problem is that they charged $66 for that one small rib. This was supposed to be a "Dino" rib - again, very large based on their photos. We will never return or order online. This has to be th4 biggest ripoff for takeout food we've ever experienced. The brisket was also very expensive and my wife's comment was, "How do they manage to make it both fatty and dry at the sane time?" Currently located at El Camino food truck park, this new truck is puttin out massive burritos and signature burgers and have sold out multiple times apparently. The service was friendly and the wait wasnt that bad considering I was there on a Saturday afternoon and it was fairly crowded. You get a buzzer when you order and there is ample seating if you wanna stick around and have a drink! The food truck park its located is a whole vibe and this truck just adds to it! My friend said the burger he ordered was really good and he would be back. I dont eat beef so I cant speak to the actual quality but he rated it 8 out of 10!
