Yes like someone else wrote they annoyingly follow you around the store and recommend whatever crap they are trying to get rid of. The "expert" recommended a bottle of irish single malt scotch that I was dumb enough to fall for and this stuff was total crap. AVOID whatever crap the "experts" there recommend. On your way out the teen boys working there have a little scam going where they want to carry your bag or box out to the car for you to scam a tip. You have to get almost VIOLENT with these idiots and ask 3 times to be given your own bag to carry out...Annoying shit...The prices are about average now in 2026 and no longer slightly cheaper than the other liquor stores...The russian girls at the register are usually hostile, give hate vibes and don't make eye contact but ONE of them there is usually personable and human... read more

Unprofessional and very disappointing. Will not be returning. Have been going here a while and have tolerated them pushing poor quality wines and liquors and obscure brands and giving what seems like made up reviews when asked about them. We will be recommending others to shop elsewhere after a dissapointing series of exchanges with the workers who can be extremely rude. The tipping point was when my wife went there to purchase 7 bottles of wine and champagne and some hard seltzers for a party. A young worker packed it up and put it in her trunk. I went to my trunk later to take the box out for her and the bottle instantaneously fell out through the bottom and shattered everywhere as well as all over me, getting several cuts and a bruised toe (that wasn't even the main issue). It wasn't until cleaning this all up you can see they used a flimsy box for all of their bottles which was folded in by the flaps at the bottom. What a nightmare. But the bigger issue was when calling them to say what happened and the level of rudeness and condescending tone that ensued. We will never call an establishment unless there's a good reason and not looking for any handouts - but we spent a good amount of money that day and many times before - and instead of expressing even a sorry or some consolation, the individal on the phone could not be ruder. He said he would call the owner and then shortly called back and said he couldn't reach him but can speak on his behalf and say that he would say it's our fault. We could have accepted the loss but the rudeness and nastiness was disgusting. That alone has cost them much business as several friends have already decided to go elsewhere. Highly encourage you support other local businesses with just as good prices and good customer service. Also feel bad for the women at the register who always seem like they are being held hostage but this goes with how they spoke to my wife over the phone. Learn how to speak to your customers and assume you can lose their business and everyone they know at any time. read more

The easiest and quickest transaction ever made for a case of mini champagne in a pinch! Hubby and I decided that mini champagne bottles would be a great addition to our son's 1st birthday party favors, and wanted to get a good selection and purchase in bulk as needed. I gave this place a call, and they had a wide selection already in stock - score! I literally hung up and arrived 12 minutes later. The staff is young and knowledgeable, and they accept all major credit cards. One of the staff was super kind enough to carry the case and load it up into my car without me asking; I love service like that! This store has decent prices, but there's a reason for it. I have bought wine on many occasions from this place. Most of the time the wine tasted weird and had bubbles. I am referring to Cabernet and Merlot. There should be no bubbles. Also, the store employees follow you and recommend bad wines. Be wary that a 'highly recommended' wine from this place will probably be one of the worst you ever try. read more

Huge liquor store with a wide variety of different types of liquors and wine. I have purchased patron, bartenura, red wines, and margarita mixers from here. They also have couple of people standing around asking if you need help. They also have limited selection of sake and soju. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! If I could give zero stars I would. I guess business was good for them during quarantine that they can discriminate against who they do business with and who they don't. The owner, Alex told me he didn't want my business because I asked for a discount that I always get as a very good customer. He literally told me, "we don't need business from you." (I was spending over $300. He went on to say that he can sell to who he likes and not sell to who he doesn't want. In this day and age, you think it's okay to treat people like that? I don't give my business to bigots. I've seen men in the store act far worse, yelling and causing a scene and they still took his business. Bought 9 bottles of wine and liquor. Fairly priced (140$). Relaized after I got home I got four bottles of cab instead of 2 cab and 2 sauvignon blanc. Called the store to ask about an exchange. At first the slaesperson said no, then he said if i came by tonight- well I live in Manhattan and to spend an hour and a half back an forth for 30 dollars worth of wine is not worth it. I told him I would be back in that area in a few days- that was no good. From my perspective good customer service should be a top priority- but I guess not here. I'll go elsewhere. read more

This place is a gem tucked away in a area otherwise filled with mediocrely socked and overpriced liquor stores. The customer service may be a little over zealous at times but I use it as an opportunity to ask questions and cart my selections. The staff is knowledgeable and all my experiences in the store have been pleasant. I mostly purchase wine and whisky, both the selections and pricing are well, great! Found this place before covid and I have been exceedingly happy I did, it's my number one go to spot in the area even though I need to traverse a few neighborhoods. read more

This is one of the best liquor stores I have ever been to. My entire family goes here. The staff is always more than willing to help. The owner Alex prides himself in knowing about every single item they carry, as well as making sure his customers are happy. Every single employee is eager to help you and to make some great suggestions. They are very knowledgeable about the liquors they carry. I've often gone there just to get something new to try. I have never tried anything I didn't like. They make some great suggestions for wines based on what you are looking for. The prices are fair, lowest in the area that I have seen. They don't look to price gouge and get greedy, they want return customers. I definitely suggest you try them out. You will not be disappointed. read more

This is such a weird store. Stopped by to get a couple of bottles of wine and the selection seems to be good and prices seem to be decent. However, as soon as you walk in, the employees start following you around like a bunch of creeps for some reason. The worst part is that they're not even subtle about it. They will stand 5 feet away from you as you look over the inventory and move with you everywhere you go. I'm not sure what they're trying to achieve other than make you uncomfortable as hell. Other than that they've succeed in us never returning again. I'd rather pay a little more at other places and have a pleasant experience than visit this place again. read more

Excellent wine/liquor selection. In what used to be a gym, it has been replaced by a giant emporium of distilled liquors/wines and EtOH. Frankly, everyone here is really cordial, nice and knowledgeable. The prices are hard to beat (I have yet to find any retailer to have this plethora of liquor at these prices) Delivery? That's absurd, honestly I do believe this is the best addition to the neighborhood in quite awhile. read more

The owner is a great business man ( at least i think hes the owner ). On one occasion there was a problem, and he replaced my bottle of wine for free. Smart guy, knows how to run a business. For an area in which most stores typically lack an expansive wine selection, I give this business props. Their liquor variety is substantial. The prices are great. I was a bit confused by how the staff treated me. I look young, so it comes as no surprise when I encounter a degree of vigilance from a wine store staff. However, I plain old felt like they were following me, stationing themselves feet from me to keep an eye on me, and not going out of their way to do it tactfully or politely. In short, I felt as if they thought I was going to steal or am underage. A staff member was confusing in his handling of my questions - I asked for a few types of wine that I wasn't surprised they didn't have in stock...but then he told me they don't carry Chardonnay - which, of course, they do. Their watchful nature made me feel rushed to choose my wines, an employee insisted on taking something to the register as soon as I had it in my hand, and the ironic part is that they didn't even ID me when I paid. Basically, not the most well-mannered staff. I get that running a business requires loss prevention techniques, but this was overkill. Not in the area offen, which is the reason I probably won't be back, but truth be told, I may be inclined to take business elsewhere. read more

Good place to go for high end liquor. Even got approached by the staff & used that to our advantage. I looked for Godiva liqueur on a lark (since I've never actually seen it in person before & worked at Godiva many years ago) but no such luck. It could be I wasn't looking closely enough but who knows. I do know they don't have Night Train, which is apparently a very cheap & crappy alcohol they don't have in nice areas. read more

I would give this place half a star if yelp allowed it BEWARE if your skin color Isn't white don't go here. I walk in to the store to encounter 2 skin heads working behind the counter . I approached the counter and asked the price of some cognac , I wasn't familiar with the sizes I don't drink often. I told the man I only stopped in because the store said "outlet" so I was there to compare prices the man explained all the small bottle prices would all be the same price. So after an awkward silence I said ok so how much ? The man became enraged and asked again what size mind you I was pointing at a bottle the entire time, finally he grabs the bottle and quotes a price I couldn't help but say "funny how you knew exactly what bottle I've been pointing at this entire time" the man flexes on me like to hit me. I was shocked. I said so your gonna fight me now? Over asking prices for your merchandise? The man then starts cursing at me saying racist remarks something about Hitler killing everyone who ain't white. Sad thing is my ethnic background consists of European. Great service, and awesome prices. I bought a total of 40 bottles of liquor for my party. The price that i received was the lowest one in Brooklyn. $33 for 1lt of grey goose, tax included. Plus the guy provides free delivery if you are in Brooklyn. Here is the best part, since they are open until 12am, if you run out of liquor they will delivery it to you chilled.
