If I could give this place negative numbers I would. I stayed here for over a month and had nothing but a horrible experience everyday. The staff has enter my room twice without consent ( even with a do not disturb sign outside). And when confronted about it they'll make an excuse like " im fixing the water" or " I knocked and no one answered". Another time I was getting out of the shower and heard someone using a key to get into my room. Thankful I had it locked. But once the key didn't work because of the lock door. The man proceeded to bang on the door trying to get it to open. I ran to the window to see who it was and once the man saw me he ran to the office and called me saying they had no idea someone was in the room. And claiming it was the manger fault for not writing down I had changed rooms. They don't mange any of your information. In fact, when I checked into this place they had all my information just laying on the counter for everyone to see. It had my card information and everything on it. And not to mention when I first checked in no one came to talk to me for 15 minutes. So you can imagine the horror of thinking how long my information was just laying there. The manger writes in Korean and the rest of the staff cannot read Korean. So they'll have no idea what room you're staying in unless someone who can read Korean is there. The owner of this place made me switch room three times. The first time she was demanding that the walls in my room needed to be cleaned ( the first week I was there mind you. That should've been done before I even checked in!) She wanted me to leave all my belongings in the room and promised nothing would get stolen because she was the owner. Obviously I wasn't comfortable with that so they made us switch rooms. To a room that had absolutely no hot water. When I called the office and told them I hadn't had hot water ALL DAY. The owners husband said give it 20 minutes and try again. Even tho I told him it wasn't a 20 minute problem it was a all day occurrence. After no help from the office they finial changed our room. If you stay here room 38 does not have hot water! They also have a rat problem! I had my car parked by the pine trees and came into my car to find rat shit and piss everywhere in the cab of the vehicle. They chewed up the leather seats. The staff didn't care and blamed me for it. My husband forgot a room key one day and went to the office to get a new one. THEY DIDN'T CHECK HIS ID OR ANYTHING JUST GAVE HIM A KEY NO QUESTION ASKED! Like I said they do not care about anyone safety. Will just hand out keys to anyone that has your room number. And if you're a women they'll give you more of a hard time then a man. I experienced this first hand. A gentleman was trying to get his room key re-magnetized so he could enter his room. The owners husband just asked for a room number and re-magnetized his key and said nothing else. I was right behind this man when I asked to get my key re-magnetized he asked me all sorts of questions and made it a more bigger deal than he did with the gentleman. I even had another man behind me who was a witness to it all. The city has been trying to shut this place down and I'm going to tell them about my experience and hopefully this place does get shut down. It's nothing but dangerous health hazards after another. I am writing this review only after contacting and talking to management several times as well as the police, and a police report was filed. I gave this motel as many chances as I could. This motel is a hot spot for drug use and sales in the rooms, mostly heroin, my one time staying in this motel I found used foil for cooking heroin and a needle cap. Known drug dealers stay in this hotel almost every night and use/sell drugs right from the rooms, since they can pay cash for the room the management turns a blind eye and leaves them alone. I have called and reported specific room numbers when drug deals happening and tenants with needles hanging out of their arm passed out on the beds and management has simply hung up the phone on me and ignored the drug transactions and use in their place of business. This is almost a daily occurrence and I can only conclude management let's it slide because it's such steady business from the drug dealers who practically live at the motel they just let it happen and ignore it. Stay away from this motel! It's not safe and management doesn't care and won't do anything about it as long as the money keeps coming in. read more

Don't stay here! We were gifted a week stay from a friend Since we are homeless. Our car is our home. During that week our home got broken into and everything that was important to us got stolen. We couldn't do anything about it because the owners didn't show any responsibility or care. We had to keep going to the office for clean sheets extra towels and more toilet paper. Bathroom was disgusting like it was never cleaned. The tv didn't work. Noisy all hours of the night outside with people yelling or just idling in front of our door. The garbage dumpsters were over flowing for a majority of our stay.... Hotel owners need to held up to take responsibility to make it a safe living hotel if that's what they really want. How many times do the police need to come to your business before you clean up your establishment/safe place to sleep without the worry of getting broken into. read more

I'll start with the room, we had two beds in a "kitchenette." The heater didn't work so there was a space heater and the power kept going out when we used the hair dryer on the wall. We were quoted $405 for the week, Snohomish County Veterans Assistance gave us a voucher for $500 and said to get an extra night or two. The online daily rate for our room is $69.99 but somehow when we went to check out, one extra night cost $95.00. They make up their own rules and nothing is posted anywhere. The workers are unaccomadating. They have a problem giving new towels or even an extra towel since we had an extended stay. The floors in the room are absolutely disgusting. Don't walk barefoot out of the shower unless you want pitch black feet within seconds. The refrigerator I'll just say it, it sucks ass. Doesn't freeze the food cold enough& has tape going up the seal. The shower is gross, the water gets cold within a few minutes. No food in the morning, which it's whatever. The other guests are nosey The police come run plates and perform busts regularly- Just wish people staying for an extended time were provided more lengthy accommodations-- bigger garbage can perhaps more of the shower and towel in one weekly supply instead of trying daily when we'd rather have privacy. This had to be the most disgusting place I have ever walked into in my entire life the counter was full of crap and filth the floor was disgusting I never made it to the room thank God I didn't have my hard copy of my ID or my credit card so I was unable to check in and told immediately that there was nonrefundable charge on my card for the room and to call bookings.com! After being there for five seconds the lady is rude rude rude I swear she eats stray cats for dinner she was so nasty to me I can't even tell you I would never stay here if somebody had a gun to my head and come to find out I think there was a murder here or some thing they have security and it's just not even nice enough to secure. Hubby and I stayed two nights while we were in town. Not a bad bargain hotel! Much better than any Motel 6 we've stayed in. Our room was large and clean. It had a Flat screen T.V., small microwave, refrigerator, and was pet friendly. A few downfalls I have to note... I got up at 7 A.M and my shower was ice cold. Not sure if it had to do with being right next to the staff laundry facility but a 2 minute ice bath was about all I could take. Also they advertise free breakfast. Not true. The man at the front desk said "only in the summer and the rates are raised." Also, no fresh coffee in the lobby. What a shame. With any budget hotel you're going to find shady people. During our stay it was for the most part quiet and we didn't see anybody getting arrested. Bonus points awarded! We might stay here again in a pinch. read more

Do yourself a favor, find another hotel/motel!! You do not want to stay here. I arrived at 11:30pm. I was given a key card for room 19. When I opened the door , the room was a disaster. Bed unmade, open pizza box on table with old pizza in it. It was obvious that the room was either occupied or had been and had not been cleaned. I was just glad that I did not walk in on someone sleeping. I went back to inform the front desk the condition of the room. At which point the man informed me that, the room showed clean and the man behind the desk went to see for himself. Upon seeing the room was not clean, he offered no apology and gave me a different room. Before leaving for the new room, I asked for a 8am wake up call. Upon entering the new room, I went directly to the bathroom, where I drew a bath, it had been a long drive, I was sore and needed a soak. I turned on the water and went to get my clothes. Upon returning to the bath, there were black pieces of something floating in the water, hair in the water and what looked like a flea. Yuck!! The mirrors were streaked with fingerprints, the tv screen had drips of "something" running down it, and the bedspread looked like it had been crumpled up, thrown on the floor and then put back on the bed. My wake up call came at 7am instead of 8am. I got up, got dressed and picked up my phone, only then to discover it was 7am. I went to let the front desk know that they had woken me up an hour early. I was told that the clock, on the wake up service phone, was on the, "Old Time". Well if you know that your wake up service is an hour sooner than the actual time, then you would set the wake up call for an hour later, right? So that you were waking up people at the correct time. Needless to say, this was not a pleasent experience and I will not come back again. Do yourself a favor, find another hotel/motel, the money you may save by staying here is not worth it. read more

I'm happy to write a current review of this motel. The grounds were clean, it's in a park like setting and the rooms are quiet despite being centrally located. The clean cut clerk went out of his way to change my room to the north side, the room was clean and neat. The bed was comfy with soft linens, the shower pressure was fabulous, the breakfast simple yet covered all the bases from waffles , eggs & sausage, fresh fruit, toast and cereal. The stay was restful, peaceful, with free copies of the morning paper in the lobby. This experience was so restful and pleasant, I've already booked my next stay. After reading some old reviews, it's clear the management has gone out of it's way to provide a safe, comfortable place for travelers to have a good night sleep. read more

Staff is very polite, wifi was kind of hard to get on sometimes, the rooms where okay, semi comfy beds. Flat screen TV. But the heater is a radiant heater so it takes a while to get warm. My only complaint it to have the bathrooms more maintained and clean. Other than that, no bugs at all so that's always a plus for me. Also affordable price. I have to admit that when every hotel in the area was occupied we were desperate. It kinda looked like the Bates motel- but we were pleasantly surprised. The office staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were dated, but comfortable. It was very quiet And we got one of out best night's sleep. Breakfast was the regular menu. "Motor Inn" just sounds a little dirty, so I expected dust, hair and run down. We viewed the room first and it looked okay so we took it. The carpet is not new and there is no soft top on the mattress, but there is mot hair, dust and ick. In the bathroom it's clean and better maintained than some of the "inn and suites" we have stayed at. Breakfast had real eggs and real orange juice, which surprised us too. It's not luxury, but it's clean and the staff is friendly, and actually a family. I would stay again. read more

literally the most shady management ever. first of all they put me in a two bed when i wanted a one bed but they offered ot at the one bed price which i thought was pretty cool but they said under the conditions of i promise not to touch the other bed. The plus for this motor inn is that they have smoking rooms, which are hard to find these days. Owners' idea of updating rooms doesn't match mine. Mattresses are being replaced randomly so never know what you're going to get. Even if you get a room with a replaced mattress they don't bother to replace the lumpy pillows or old and torn blankets. Room #9 has new mattresses but with the built-in bedframe it stands 3' tall - so for me (5'2") I had to put a chair next to the bed to get in and out of it. Some of the rooms have cupboards and range top -- but no pans, plates, silverware - so what good is it? The little refrigerators will freeze your items even on the lowest settings. Rooms #9 and #10 have no place to hang clothes so they bring in a portable rack but it hangs the wrong direction so you keep running into your clothes on the way to the bathroom. Smoking Rooms #33 and #34 have built-in clothes racks and have somewhat lower beds (but still higher than normal beds). So, Smokers, opt for Rooms #33 or #34. Not great but better than rooms #9 and #10. Also, there is NO CLOCK in the room so bring your own. There is a 2-cup coffee maker in the rooms. They have no online reservations available so have to call to make reservations. The problem with that is the owners' are hard to understand due to their accents so reservations get screwed up. The owners do seem to try hard but they have no idea how to even update the place to compete with a Motel 6. read more

I asked for another room but no rooms available the nasty lady at the front desk tells me they check the rooms every day. We only had one towel. So I called now the front desk no answer. Clear drug activity going on at all hours in and out of the rooms and in the parking lot. Homeless people in parking lot. Management knows it and even tried to lay off the smell of pot on the homeless. Every time I sat on the toilet it rocked forward like it was going to come off the wall. No hot water for shower this morning. While ostensibly a non-smoking facility, the rooms sure do not smell like it, which is perhaps why the housekeepers leave the windows open in the rooms after they clean. Spotty internet at best. The hotel has at least four wi-fi channels and says you need to just log in to the one that works best, which changes at times by the minute. When I confronted the front desk about most of the above and said I wanted to leave with a refund I was told that it was too late and that this is "a cheap hotel. You can stay at the Holiday Inn down the road if you want something better." read more

This little motor inn is a good as it gets. Doing one of my driving around tours looking for a place to say, I landed here b/c there is outdoor balcony and I needed cheap. From $60-$70, the place is great. Very nice staff. Thought it would be a little divey which is good, but sometimes with stains. This place is super clean. The bed and pillows are clean and soft...even the stiff looking bedspread was obviously washed and soft. Almost as good as any bed at a hilton...feeling, not fancy looking. A little couch and table which wasn't even in the$130 room at the holiday inn I stayed at the night before. You can walk to 3 bars/restaurants, and there's a little breakfast cafe too. Nothing super boasty, but good enough to grab a beer. Don't want to go to a bar, safeway is across the street and the room has a little fridge and microwave that are clean, cold and working. I didn't even ask about internet, holiday inn was charging, and I didn't figure they had it when I looked at the wiring in the walls. Guess what, great speed and wireless at no charge!! Ok, that's wireless speed folks. anyway, after a really rough transitional week, it was nice to sleep well on a soft bed with a wall unit air conditioner to drown out the noise. If this is your style, you're going to love it for a place to crash. Even standing outside smells like clean sheets from the laundry downstairs. They deserve your business. read more
