Richard and Candace are very helpful and nice, Wyatt is not. Upset every time I have contact with him, unfortunately he is the manager.

The Washington State Fair was going on and there wasn't an available RV park within 75 miles of Pierce and King county. We finally found one single opening at North Sound RV Park so we took it. We have been RVing for over 30 years and this was absolutely the worst park we have ever been in. We had to stay because it was the only one available. The spaces available were very small and unkept. We were told we had to maintain our own space. There were no pull through spaces and only a few spaces to accommodate big rigs. The only amenities available was a laundry room (at least it was clean) but you had to bring your own quarters as none were available in the office. Restroom and available showers were non existent. Our space was 2 feet from a fence and after a couple of weeks they put up 4X4s and bricks to hold the fence up. We had to climb over those boards the rest of our stay. Even though there was a huge parking lot we were not allowed to keep our tow vehicle on site. The majority of rigs in the park were full time renters. One guy was remodeling his RV on site and we had to listen saws and hammering for the time we were there. 30amp electric was available but the connection was old and the power was dirty. It was kinda expensive at $300 a week but we found out everything is expensive in King County. We camped at North Sound RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

When I visited, there were cyclists, roller skaters, people flying kites, numerous dog-walkers and even a pair out walking their pet goats!? Totally amazing atmosphere. On clear days, there are great views of Seattle and surrounding mountains. On lucky days, you can spot orca whales! Keep an eye out especially during the fall and winter, or if you're particularly committed, there are several social media groups dedicated to posting about whale sightings. You might just want to bring along a pair of binoculars whenever you visit...just in case. There's street parking that's a close stroll to the beach, and one public washroom that I could find.

Chief Seattle and his tribe greeted them and helped them build their cabin to stave off the cold, wet winter." Little did that settlers know that a little over 100 years following this the beach would be a party beach with teens driving up and down the street with their loud motors, bonfires and Bluetooth speakers and other activity clearly trying to draw attention. The beach itself is nice but it's way crowded. I came here and it was only like mid-April, and it happened to be a decent day with some sun but boy was it crowded and noisy. Like a lot of beaches parking is a bit touch and go as well with mostly street parking that you have to luck out with. I'm told you can walk and bike your way downtown from here which must be interesting. While Alki is nice, the vibe seems totally for the young blood out here trying to impress one another. Lincoln Park beach is a bit more my scene.

However, I'm disappointed about yesterday's experience. I have come to The Point Casino several times and for years. Recently I have been coming more frequently and always try to use my players card. So obviously I'm not new here and don't look suspicious. Therefore it was odd yesterday night to be approached while I'm playing Rooster Unleashed in the non-smoking room and asked for my ID. I asked why and was told because I look underage. I showed my ID with no hesitation. A part of me thought it's a compliment since I'm in my 40s and they think I look young. But then another part of me felt uncomfortable and questioned that after I left. I play that same machine frequently and to be honest I feel it was more targeted. Not going to play the race card either. I always try to look nice and well mannered. So it was just weird to have that happen. I prefer to not be bothered when I play and since I have invested a lot of money here. As a customer I don't want my experience ruined or made to feel worried that I will be hassled if I return.
