I Shopped here on 4/20/2024 and got hit with 700$ in credit card fraud a couple days later after using my card in their card reader. BEWARE OF SHOPPING HERE. Visited King smokes and vapes for their Puffco deals on 4/20 and bought The Guardian edition of the Peak Pro the guy at the front was not very helpful as he wasn't sure of the sale prices for the different models of devices but eventually decided to sell it to me for $300 flat out cost fee, thinking I was getting a great deal I decided to purchase. I split the payment with cash and used my brand new credit card for the remaining $30 and went on my way. Not even a couple of days later I was hit with credit card fraud of $700 when I hadn't used my brand new card anywhere else but here. BEWARE OF SHOPPING HERE. Bought a $100+ item and right out of the box, it was defective. Same day (only 1-2 hours after…read morepurchase) contacted the number on their business card (as the employee told us to contact the number if there were any issues) and provided a video of the defective item. Since there was no response went back to the store and then finally got a response stating it's not their problem, it's ours. They claim since the package was sealed it's our issue to go through the manufacturer. We asked about either 1) refund or 2) replacement of the same item -- both options was a hard no because, again, it's not their fault we bought a defective product. So now we have to go through the manufacturer, wait for a response, and we have to go through a whole process (if it gets accepted). **be warned they have no return or exchange policy on their receipts and/or visible sign in their store. So buy at your own risk
