Decent store, but don't take accountability for mistakes. I was given a 25mg salt nicotine juice when I bought a complete vape setup, a pack of coils, and juice last night, when I had told the employee multiple times I wanted 50mg juice. Called today to see if I could get the 50mg juice that I had originally asked for from the beginning and was told that they couldn't take the juice back as a return (legality, which makes sense) but that I would still have to pay for the 50mg juice even though it was their employee that had messed up and given me the wrong product. Kind of ridiculous, spent $100 on a setup and still have to pay again to fix an error which was the shop's fault - not mine. Have never had a vape or smoke shop be this stingy over an issue with a bottle of juice. read more

I spend hundreds of dollars everytime I make a purchase here and earned so many points. There was a line and a two people were ahead when I arrived. A couple other people arrived behind me and when it was my turn to have service and the person behind me just cut right in front of me. While I was looking at the selection ahead ready about to drop another couple hundred bucks on purchases. The person at the cash register didn't even acknowledge that I was there first before that person bought only a single cartridge refill for $15. It made me lose my place in line with everyone else and it made me quite upset. I just looked at the them and walked out. Went to another vape shop and they were grateful I came to make a purchase. I've purchased thousands of dollars of juice, equipment, etc from them over time. Last week I placed a relatively large order with them $160 range. A few days later my wife placed a similar order not realizing I ordered a few days before. the order was around midnight. I realized the mistake 2 minutes after placing the order. I immediately emailed them asking for them to cancel the order. They responded stating that to was too far along in the process & USPS was involved in some way (created a label or some ridiculous reason). I sent the message 2 minutes after ordering in the middle of the night. I responded explaining the situation & asking them not to send the package. They ghosted me. We do not trust this company & based on their reviews, you shouldn't either. They must have a massive amount of customers b/c if you read the reviews; they lose tons of them. I suggest not ordering from them. They're not interested in taking care of their customers. Straight up. Buy from Element or a reputable shop. I admittedly ordered there due to their prices; but it cost us. be smarter than giving these guys your money. 3 out of 5 stars is pathetic. read more

The guy I don't know his name but the bigger one said "yes I believe it does" so not that he doesn't know he sounded confident that it did. I've been going to this shop for about a year bc it's close to where I live. I went in last Friday and bought a geek bar which is close to 30$. After around 4 days it started to continue to vape after I stopped, I didn't think much about it until I noticed it was empty. I went to the shop and told them my device was defective, I was told that there was nothing they could even after I showed them that it was still vaping when I was not. Horrible service help. Bought a vape and two minutes later tried it in my car. It was bad juice so I went back in there to try to get a different one and they said that "I could buy another one". They refused to give me another one for replacement. They obviously care about there money more than there customers. The employees have always been respectful, but it seems that this is a chain, and the owner doesn't respond to customer complaints about issues that arise. This is unprofessional, and reflects the business badly, even if the employees do everything right. They have an online storefront that also has little to no support. Recently switched to another shop off Masi and Foothill that has higher prices, but also quality of service that is more client oriented. read more

What's up with all these low ratings?! This vape shop is great! They're attentive, laid back vibe, informational, they take their time with each customer and answers any and all questions asked and lets you know if they are unsure of something instead of just telling you bullshit but always works with you to find a solution. Today I had to buy a new vape and retire my old one and I must say I am in love with the new one in every possible way! I wanted something similar to my old one and I got just that along with how it compares, a couple new things with my new one (like a switch to lock it from working when not in use to avoid burning the coil or batteries falling out) and asked if I wanted it put together but I declined as it was already ready to go and just had to screw on the tank. Prior to this, I've come in so many times with vape issues on the old one and to get juice. Their selection is really nice on juices and almost always have a buy 1 get 1 half off or some type of deal which is really nice to go along their rewards program they have! I've never been disappointed with their recommendations on new flavors to try when I want something different! Now with the issues with my old vape...they have always helped out to fix it and addressed the issues while explaining to me why the issue happened and how to help prevent it from happening again. But my clumsy self kept dropping it and having the same issues lol. I have never felt pressured into buying anything/extras or pressured to get in and out of the shop quick. They offer and ask if you need anything else (such as batteries or coils) but more so just to make sure you got what you need and never in a pushy way which I love! They're very good at recommending vape juices. ALTHOUGH, I rate a 2 star because they sold me a wrong set of coil which leaked most of the juice in my tank. Basically, went through 2 bottles of juice in a week or two. (I don't use my vape a lot either) When I told them about it, they didn't even give me a discount or compensation for THEIR mistake saying it's my tank having a "faulty" thread for the coil. When I went back the second time of telling them about it and bought a different set of coil, will you look at that, the new set had fit perfectly.
