They cover the actual pricetag with their own stickers, and in my case over charge while making up a number off the top of their head. Great smoke shop overall. Not so much of a vape shop. The person at the counter seem to have no knowledge of the e-juices. He handed me a promo flyer that listed flavors of certain brands but not all the brands he carried. The juices looked like they've been on the shelf quite a quite collecting dust and the color starting turning brown from the sun exposure being in direct sunlight at the front of the store. I also tried using the yelp $15 for $20 voucher but was denied straight up without explanation. Really the needed the juice so bought the unicorn milk 3mg 15ml bottle for $13.07. This yelp listing says Smokin Vape Smoke Shop but the store just says Smoke Shop. On the other hand, very good place for smokers. Big open area with lots of pipes, water pipes, accessories. This rating is more for their vape supplies rather than their smoke supplies which I would maybe rate 4/5. Customer service not on point. If I wasn't actively buying something or asking him a question, he would walk to the other corner of the room to look at his phone at which I would then have to flag him down not once, not twice, but 4 times. This place ripped me off. The sales guy sold me a pink kanger starter kit on Thursday night after the previous battery exploded and melted the last e-cig. The new $76 electronic stopped working by Friday afternoon, less than 24 hours later. I called Saturday morning and asked what my options were to rectify the situation? Perhaps a possible exchange or a refund? Nothing was offered, not even a request to bring it in for a check. The attitude was very cavalier. I was told that the owner couldn't be reached. I was very upset that it was no big deal to him, not everyone has the extra $76 to throw away. The gentleman on the phone at one point raised his voice and became argumentative so I just thanked him and hung up the phone. Why would they leave someone in charge of running a business with absolutely no customer service, knowledge of product or ability to remedy a situation like this one in order to keep good business? We've spent so much money here over the last 3 yrs, I have looked the other way on the over charges and failed products due to convenient location and hours.
