In my opinion this has been the Best smoke shop in town! When I first went there I expressed how impressed I was with their selection and prices. I informed them that I was from out of town and the town I live In is extremely small which leads to higher prices and minimum selection. The sales rep helping me ( turned out to be the owner) informed me that they are willing to ship items to me, and if I lived in the area they also do delivery. I would give this smoke shop 5 stars , but there is an employee who drives the black Mercedes. Who wanted to argue with me about if she hit my car or not. My friend who waited in the car when I ran in said she did. Now let me say this when I pulled up her in and her boyfriend or whatever he is to her, where sitting in the car. I was able to get out of my car. When I came out they were so close to my car I couldn't even get back in my car. When I went and asked if they hit my car, she started talking all crazy. I walk around and see a dent. So I say just open your door so I can see if it hits where the dent is. She continues to keep talking and won't open the door so I can see.... Finally, she shuts up and opens the door and doesn't match up. So I say see I didn't need some long ass story. And left. Now I come back the next day, and she says I'm not allowed in there. So I'm waiting for my wings at Wing Stop. Worried she is going to mess with my ride. And all these people are standing outside, like they want to jump me. I shopped here a lot. It is time to find a new smoke shop with professionals. This is ridiculous... now, as I'm doing this review she is taking pictures acting like she wants to fight. This is so unbelievable. Unless she is related to the owner, I can't believe they would rather let her act childish and loose business than tell her to be kind and forgive, I wasn't in the wrong here. Walked in, no one welcomed us in until we were half way in the store. The girl speaking to us wasn't even wearing a mask. I turn around two guys walk in with no mask and the people behind the counter said nothing because they also WERENT WEARING A MASK. Funny because on the "COVID-19 Update" they say that we have to wear masks and stay distanced but no one in the store was wearing a mask or physically distanced. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered 2 boxes of coils. My confirmation says "please allow UP TO 48 hours for shipping. Over 48 hours had passed. When I called after 36 hours had passed I was told "the order MAY go out today or tomorrow" when I called today (over 48 hours since placing my order) I was spoken to condescendingly. When I rightfully got upset, I reminded him that the email confirmation said *UP TO* 48 hours for shipping. Note the confirmation photo states order was placed: 10/21/2019 about 12pm and it is now 10/23/2019 well after 12p. When I became upset because my order wasn't even shipped yet, he started talking over me, insulting me, swore a lot, and threatened to cancel my order after 2 days of doing nothing! When I told him I'm going to file a complaint with the BBB, and the federal trades commission for false advertising, he then swore at me several more times, saying I should call the FBI and NSA too, mocking the seriousness of false advertising and swearing at a customer without the customer swearing, then he said he's cancelling my order. I will NEVER use this company again, and if this is the way they treat customers, I don't recommend any one else does either! read more
