READ THIS FIRST!!! Out of 13 reviews, 7 of them are regarding defective products not being exchanged or returned. Brought in a receipt with the product, that was missing a piece AND never worked. Didn't work at all. Went in the next day, and was told that only the manager has access to the cash drawer, and to come back the next day. They clearly just did want confrontation, because they knew damn well that nothing will be done about it. Went back the next day (3rd visit now), and was rudely told that they won't accept ANY fault. No return, no exchange, no store credit. I've done my research, and this is in violation of the FTC ACT. I encourage EVERYONE who has experienced this to report fraud to the FTC. There are enough complaints on here to open a local investigation. Also, I encourage you all to go to small claims court. For the small court fee, it's worth it to stop this place from ripping off Reno locals. Oh yeah, don't believe what they say about going back to the manufacturer. I went in to get some flavored cigars...60$ worth and I talked to the employee behind the desk. I specifically told him I was from California and I wanted flavored cigars because they don't have them where I live. I specifically asked for grape cigars. when I told him I want all the grape flavors he threw a bunch or purple colored cigars in a bag. I paid for the cigars and left. When I got to the hotel I was staying at I looked happily into the bag and discovered that a bunch were not flavored but regular cigars. I wasn't mad at this point I went to exchange my cigars for other flavored cigars on the way back home and they denied me a trade!!!$15 dollars worth of pointless cigars I don't even smoke... Super unfair!! it wasn't my fault your employee doesn't know the difference you should have just exchanged the cigars you sold me for flavored ones...that would have been fair!!! I spent good money here and basically feel like they stole my money. Super unhappy and never going back!!! Stay away they are inexperienced employees and super unfair to customers. read more

I have been buying flumes here for the last couple weeks. I decided to get a refillable vape. I came in and the girl helped me pick one out. When I got home I noticed it didn't work. So I called to ask some questions about if I was using it right, the manger answered and asked me to wait one second. Well she forgot about me and another employee came over and was like is someone on the phone?! I was still on the phone, they said I need a receipt to exchange it. I asked if my bank statement would work they took my name and number.... Didn't get a call back. So I went in, they called a manger who said won't help me. The level of unprofessionalism for this small business was a joke. I didn't want money I just wanted a product that worked, they were the ones that recommended this item. I will never be shopping here again. The smoke shop directly across the street sierra smoke shop is cheaper. For anyone looking for a smoke shop near here I highly don't recommend smok'n rays. I went in a couple weeks ago.....mind you I'm older and really not very knowledgeable about this. I purchased a vape pen. The one I wanted was twice the price I had paid a few months ago so I tried a different one. I was told to keep my receipt and if I didn't like it to bring it back. I HATED it! So literally two days later I tried to return it.....in the original package with the receipt. They said no, you can't return it unless it's defective or not working. Called the owner and nope! This place had a very rude worker his name is Kelly S. people working when. I had purchased over $200 dollars worth of items and used my points for a discount! Then when I went outside to look at my receipts I saw that they did not discount my order. So I went back in they told me there is nothing they can do and that I'm in the wrong and it was because of something other reason. They really just wanted me to pay full price after givin so much money to their business $500 in the last 3 days to be exact. And this is no way to treat your customers. We dropped by to check out Smokin Ray's on Moana a few weeks ago. Amazing selection and very friendly! My wife decided to visit their Sparks store a couple days later and bought an Eyce silicone hammer (which she loves!) When she had got home and mentioned the price, it was $10 more than the same ones at the Moana store. She didn't think much of it at the time, but when we visited the Moana store today, we verified the $10 difference. We had commented on it and honestly just thought we were out of luck. Craig called the other store to verify and made it right without us even asking. Amazing service! Great selection of products! Clean and easy to navigate store! If you live and work in Sparks, Id highly recommend you dont shop here. They wont even do an exchange for you without you having to go to their California Street location. And they guy who can help you works Mon-Fri 9-5 so if you, like 98% of Americans, work those hours, good luck finding a time when you can go down there.
