They have different types of vapes and are always fully stocked with all the different flavors. Prices have gone up quite a bit and are even more expensive than California prices. Service is always good but it makes me cringe when I see the option to tip when paying. read more

Slushees had the absolute best selection of any place in town, great prices and everything you could ever need. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They are always keeping up with what is new in the vape/smoke world so if you can't find the new flavor you've been looking for they are likely the only place you will find it in Reno. The ONLY place to shop in the Reno/Sparks area.. Service doesn't get better than Slushee's. Really can't say enough good things.

Been coming here for years...I usually buy a box of Smok Novo 3 pods which are about $7-8 per box, with 3 pods in each. The clerk tried to charge me 6 x $7 ($42) for 2 boxes, since there were 3 pods in each box. I told her she was wrong...it was $7 per box, not per pod, but she was adamant that was the price. I even told her online a box of 3 Smok pods was $8 at other places. She wouldn't budge. I walked out...forever. read more

I have been shopping here for years, they have been great! I spend a lot of money in this store! I purchased a battery charger and it broke within 2 weeks! I then returned this charger because it was not working (a defective product) , they told me I could exchange with the same product, I then said are you sure? Since this one broke don't you think this one has the potential to break as well ?! He said oh, it should work! I took the second charger home and the second charger stopped working after 2 weeks as well, I then brought this defective product back (should I pay for something that doesn't work? No), I explained this to the lady there on Tuesday September 12th that this is the second defective product I have received from your store that does not work! Can I please exchange for a product (similar product) that works! She asks if I have the box! No I don't have the box, I want a product that works that I paid for! She said well I am sorry I can't do that, and can give you half off?! Seriously! I said I will not be shopping here anymore and she said that that decision was on me!! Yes the decision was on me because you sold me a product that does not work and wouldn't give me a product that does work! Again I have spent a lot of money there and I will not be shopping there again! All the employees except this one with the long blonde hair on Tuesday September 12th have been amazing! Great staff, very accommodating and knew their stuff. This place get a full recommendation from me. I was very satisfied with the result and the professional enviorment. Located in the same shopping center of the Bully's it looks like a small little hole in the wall from outside but don't judge th is book by its cover. the best in reno, been going here for over a year! whenever something on my puffco, rig, etc. breaks they always know and have what i need. got a ton of torches and i've only bought new glass here because there's sales often. creative pieces too, i have a juice box and an ice cream cone that hit great and are aesthetically pleasing AF. the new setup of the shop looks great, they keep up on new disposable flavors, nd in case u gotta wait a minute to get some service when its busy there's a pac man machine to keep u company nd sometimes a hella cute little dog too. have never had anything but the best service here, all of the staff is great. slushees is 1000/10 this is the place to go!! read more

I am a vapor, have been for about 5 years now. I really don't care for the culture of vaping, i.e., tricks, super clouds, nerding out on vape. I do however enjoy not smoking and feeling better... now that's a cool trick. I don't like feeling as if you must be "in the club" to go to a vape store. I went to Slushee's a ways back and felt very at ease right off the bat. The owner is very helpful and everything is displayed at close range and clearly marked. They offer discounts on the fly, the more you buy (and I buy) I don't want to come in every other day to buy juice... I'm a once a monther maybe. This place is run like a business. Great customer service, I'm not afraid to ask questions about certain products and they are very helpful to point out product based on what your preferences are. So with the conglomeration of vape stores now, this is my go to and it should be yours too. It's a little trek for most but well worth the drive. Their signature products are wonderful. They also carry a wide range of popular brands. I also must add that I'm not looking for the cheapest product on the market... after all, this is something I'm inhaling into my body, so searching out the cheapest seems a bit dodgy to me, kind of like searching out the cheapest surgeon to work on my heart, ...maybe. I like to know that what I'm buying is quality and that the manufacturer isn't JUST trying to make a dollar no matter what. I like to think they are also considering my safety (inhaling a foreign chemical... I know) Just remember, it's not a vape club, it's a vape store. You go in, talk a bit about your day, buy some product, say goodbye and be on your way. It's not a hang out or a bar with a bunch of people seeing how much vape will actually fit into their lungs. I'm not trying to come off as offensive, it's just my kind of business. Maybe I'm getting old but back in the day when you walked into a smoke shop, it wasn't filled with a bunch of guys hanging out trying the next turkish brand of camels to be released on the market. You just went in bought your carton and you were on your way... always smelling that sweet fresh tobacco on your way out. By the way, Slushee's smells nice too, without the clouds. read more
