I…read morewent in because I had a tooth implant that was broken, and the abutment needed to be removed and replaced. After several appointments, they were unable to remove the abutment (which is fine - they just weren't equipped to handle my specific issue, which isn't anyone's fault). At the end of my most recent appointment, the dentist said that he would need to talk to the surgeon that originally put the implant in. I gave him the surgeon's phone number and he promised to call her that day. Two weeks passed and I heard nothing from him or his office - I called to check in several times and each time was told that the dentist was out and they would get a message to him. I eventually got a call back saying that he just got off the phone with my surgeon and he wouldn't be able to remove the abutment, but that he would refer me to a specialist. Another week goes by...and once again I hear nothing from them. I was finally able to get the referral I needed by calling into the office again and asking for it. It's just frustrating - I feel like they never would have followed up without me hounding them.

Some people are already nervous going to a dentist and this is the first person you have to speak to going in?! It's insane that she even has this job. My husband was shocked at how costly my previous dentists recommendations were so we were considering a university clinic which was almost impossible to get an appointment with for a good year or two and a two hour drive each way or going to Mexico which I was not a fan of for many reasons. We found out about Dr. Zervas from a stranger who raved so highly about him we went online immediately and thought this might be a great fit. It absolutely is. Dr. Zervas is one of the most positive, high vibe, happy people on the planet. A beautiful smile always greets you. He is completely invested in your wellbeing and comfort. I feel like I am at the feet of a master, and at a spa. I am a new patient at his office and have had quite a bit of dental work already and it all happens in the same office. I didn't have to go to a periodontist, I didn't have to go somewhere else for tooth extractions and everything has been going very well. The grand finale is there is a financial plan which for my family makes this wonderful place completely affordable. I hope it will for you too!!!

This guy was the most uninformative, cold doctor/dentist I ever came across. He never introduced himself, he never bother to explain anything regarding the condition of my teeth, and he made no recommendations whatsoever. The only thing he told me was that he didn't have the "tools" to remove the tooth and then his receptionist hit me with a $270 bill. They seem to make their money off x-rays. They took an x-ray before even an initial exam and then, without even looking at the x-ray, Dr. Blount determined he couldn't remove the tooth. Their Greenfield office told me the x-ray would be $47 and then I was charged $165 at their Brattleboro office, which was much higher than what it should have cost. Worse, they didn't even need the x-ray for what they did--which was nothing. In the end, I had to go to another oral surgeon and had the work done for $425. If you go to these people, make sure they don't do a thing until you first get a price in advance. They are crooks, Typical corporate dentist. Profit above people.
