She first started working with me when I was around 14 years old, and had to deal with maryland bridges due to two of my front teeth missing from a congenital defect. Not only is she extremely thoughtful towards the cosmetic side, she is extremely precise and excellent at what she does. She is also just a very sweet, lovely person. I always found the staff very sweet, aside from one hygienist who lectured me about electric toothbrushes and their importance. (I knew the importance, and I am extremely hygienic, so I felt that she was trying to tell me I wasn't cutting it, which is just weird.) Anyhow, Dr. Robinson got rid of her. After she extracted a tooth which developed problems she pummelled the socket so badly I had a lump the size of a baseball on my jaw. Worse yet I wound up taking 3 antibiotics because she screwed up the first time. As a result of one of them - I'll never know which - I wound up with the worst cast of C-Diff they had ever seen at our local hospital. I called to inform her of this - She immediately became defensive and rude. I stressed I was calling to inform her not blame her, but she just rattled on about how well-educated she was. (She should have taken a year in communication and courtesy). A simple "I'm sorry" would have sufficed since I stressed I was not interested in litigation. Avoid this dentist like the plague.

After several appointments, they were unable to remove the abutment (which is fine - they just weren't equipped to handle my specific issue, which isn't anyone's fault). At the end of my most recent appointment, the dentist said that he would need to talk to the surgeon that originally put the implant in. I gave him the surgeon's phone number and he promised to call her that day. Two weeks passed and I heard nothing from him or his office - I called to check in several times and each time was told that the dentist was out and they would get a message to him. I eventually got a call back saying that he just got off the phone with my surgeon and he wouldn't be able to remove the abutment, but that he would refer me to a specialist. Another week goes by...and once again I hear nothing from them. I was finally able to get the referral I needed by calling into the office again and asking for it. It's just frustrating - I feel like they never would have followed up without me hounding them.

The whole office was welcoming, efficient, and understanding. I wasn't sure whether I would just live with the chip, but Dr. Teddi carefully examined the tooth and after using her imaging machine to show me the problem I agreed to have it repaired. As she went through the process, she explained everything beforehand and answered all my questions about the tooth. The work was painless and quick, and my tooth looks and feels great. I also liked the way everyone was treated in the office. Dr. Teddi was considerate with her assistant, Kevin, and kind with the dental student observing her work (she observed with my permission). While I recognize that this was my first experience at the office, the respect shown between everyone and the good communication skills I saw were obviously developed over time. Highly recommend.

My filling was in kind of a weird place on the side of my back molar. The original one was sort of sloppy, but Dr. Reid did a great job. You can hardly see it. He does composite fillings as well as metal ones. I went back a couple of weeks later for a cleaning. The hygienist was great. I have sensitive teeth and she was very gentle. The ladies in the front office are so friendly too. Overall it was as great as going to the dentist can be.
