I offered to find someone on my own and used the Yelp Request a Quote feature to reach out to several professionals in my area at once. William from Glorified Handyman replied so quickly, and after sending him photos of the issue with my tub I had a quote to get approved by my landlord within an hour of my request. Frank from William's team showed up at his scheduled time and I was immediately impressed with how organized he was. I've lived in my apartment since 2022 and this issue happened in June of 2024. The handyman that came to fix it back then came with so much less equipment than Frank so I was confident this pro knew what he was doing. One of my least favorite things about when people come to fix things is the mess they typically leave. Not Frank - he was extremely thoughtful about moving everything out of my bathroom, and completely covered the work area with towels / work mats as to leave as little mess as possible. In about two and a half hours I had a brand new looking re-glazed tub. It looks amazing and I am thinking with the detail he put into the work that this will last much longer than last time. The project ran me about $450 which I think is reasonable based on my research. They followed up after the work with an invoice and they take both credit card or zelle which is great. For most of my adulthood I've done the very Miami thing of of finding a handyman through word of mouth and have been met with varied degrees of reliability and quality of work. Not with this project! Going forward I'll be using the Glorified handyman services when I need to get a project done around my place.

I had already received a quote from a national chain and really wanted to support another small business. During the initial consultation, I was chatting with the assistant and he confirmed that not only could they reface my kitchen cabinets... they would love to help me replace my antiquated carpet for updated vinyl flooring. The quote for cabinets AND new floors was basically the same amount that the national cabinet chain had quoted me for just the kitchen?? They were very accommodating with creating invoices that my HOA would greenlight, and met the requirements for soundproofing my second floor unit. The technicians kept updated on all processes from consultant to appointment. The owner met with me the day before to aussage my concerns about what I needed to move or not move , to accommodate the process . I didn't want to create any unnecessary movements or furniture displacement for my technician!! They checked in with me via text throughout each day and sent video at the end of each session to communicate on the progress! They finished my 2BR condo in less than 3 days! I am beyond happy with the results! My unit looks and feels so much bigger with my beautiful new floors. It is exactly what I was looking for and then SOME!!! The owner and my technician followed up on the next day , to make sure I was happy!!! Soooooo happy! Please recommend or hire these guys for your next improvement project~ the BEST!

It started out with Brian calling me on February 18th at 9 am making an appointment to come see the job and give me an onsite estimate. I took the rest of the day off and waited for them, but they never came. At the very end of the day Brian texted me to say that he couldn't get there. This cost me half a days loss of income. At around 5:30 pm same day he texted again, saying he would do the job for $500 without seeing the job personally, because he had enough information from the initial pictures I provided. However ,the next day he asked me to compose a video with detailed spoken instruction of what I wanted done. More time wasted and extremely aggravating because I then had to edit the video for over an hour just to be able to send it via text message because apparently the video was too long to be able to send. After all this he retracted his $500 estimate He instructed me to go ahead and do it with someone else. It should be noted that Brian was polite and well spoken but regrettably this interaction wasted my time and fell far short of my expectations. My belief is that it had more to do with the owner Augustin, who was disengaged in this communication and seemed to change his mind several times. Very unfortunate and Not the way to get my business. NOT Recommended I have attached the log of our communication so you can come to your own conclusion
