Steve is a man of his trade, from being prompt showing up to giving us a quote which was very fairly priced considering the job, to always answering our calls/texts and being very informative of what the job entails. We wanted to have our whole house stuccoed as well as having termite and water damaged wood replaced and having the area stuccoed to remove future exposure to the elements and pests. His crew Darrel, Terry, and Pat are also truly hard workers and very personable, working cleanly and professionally. Everyday they would make sure the area was tidy picking up trash/debris from the work and going above and beyond when pressure washing. They even cleaned the walkways which was an unexpected benefit and perk to choosing a quality team that truly cares about what they do. The job ended up being a lot more intensive in the aspect of wood replacement and Steve assured us he would do quality work and not leave us hanging with constant price fluctuations. He stuck to his word and showed us the work as it was done reassuring us all the bad wood and live termites, that we had no idea were there, were gone now. I highly recommend Steve, and will be calling him back for any work as he is a craftsman for over 28 years and has a wealth of experience from building houses from the ground up. Very disappointed with the treatment we received. We called regarding a job opportunity and were met with rude and disrespectful behavior simply because we were speaking Spanish. No one should be treated differently for the language they speak. Professionalism and basic respect should apply to everyone. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely unpleasant. We contacted this man for a job inquiry and were treated with disrespect the moment he heard us speaking Spanish. His attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. In a diverse community, no one should feel judged or mistreated because of their language or background. Five Stars all the way for Stucco Steve and his team! I had an exterior wall with a big chunk that fell out causing a hole, due to water damage and wood rot. During every step of the repair process Steve and his company were total professionals: quick response time for repair estimate, and email/text, on time, clear communication, explained exactly what he was going to do including materials, which I really appreciated. I was so impressed with the work his crew did and their professionalism that we hired them to fix all of our spalling defects and paint our house entire house. Steve also consulted us on what type of primer seals our walls and prevents further spalling down in the keys. They took their time and used due care when painting our house without any mistakes anywhere. His workers were on site on time everyday until the job was done. My husband and I have been trying to reach Steve for a while now due to the job we hired them for back in November 2019 and gave the 50% deposit as requested before the work would start. Since giving the deposit we have been given multiple dates and times they would be here to do the work only for no one to show up or call. Steve stated back in January that he would be sending our deposit back due to him unable to do the job we hired them for. As of today we have not received the return of the deposit and we cannot get a response from anyone with this company by phone, text or email. read more
