I walked in intending to grab and go, but was quickly seduced by the attractiveness of the room and friendliness of the two women who interacted with me. I ordered a Blue Royale Smoothie, and as the only customer in the house, took a table in the corner overlooking the entire operation and the sunny world outside. It was primarily a blueberry concoction, with several other healthy ingredients mixed in, and presented after blending as a deep purple slurry. It was cool and delicious and encouraged a slow pull on the straw to stretch out the enjoyment. I took a final suck 30 minutes later; that's how good it was. I will return in the morning for their steel cut oatmeal and perhaps the avocado toast. Just wish they brewed organic coffee for those of us with caffeine needs. Too, Pure Green would be an unchallenged social benefit if they found a way to reduce plastics in their products. At $10+ for a smoothie or bowl, that should not be so difficult to work into their environmental footprint. Otherwise, Pure Green has a lot of nutripromise.

Then, I looked to the breakfast options and chose a new item, the Cali Breakfast Flatbread (grilled chicken, scrambled eggs, cheese, smashed avocado, chipotle mayo, on toasted flatbread). It was a heavy load and something of a mess due to squeezage by the time I opened the wrapped folded flatbread at the office. They really should pack a spoon or shovel with this baby to pick up and consume all that outside the foldwich. I found the flatbread to be more a fat tortilla than a true crisp flatbread. They really need to work on it to enhance the texture and taste to be more than a vehicle to hold the contents. The overall flavor and texture was complex with all the ingredients, which was enjoyable but a tad messy.
