The trays of ingredients were either empty or dirty, the store itself is dirty and not like other Smoothie Kings. After losing my appetite I sent my husband in to get a refund. The kids stated: "we can't do a refund (all 3 of them) we don't know how"..but the manager was on break & they didn't know how long it'd take before he'd come back. So we left paying $8 for a smoothie in the trash! I contacted the health department because it's not safe to serve outdated bad milk. It could make people sick!
