I've never had to wait very long to get a drink that I ordered. I have only tried iced lattes and their Matcha. Their matcha is OK. I like Matcha that tastes more like Matcha than sugar and it's really difficult to find that at most coffee shops, so they're on par with other coffee shops serving Matcha drinks.
