It seems like they blend something (juice maybe ?) with the açaí and make it more like a thin smoothie with fruit topping. Super runny and not thick, not anywhere near the sorbet or milk shake consistency its ment to be. Even served in a To-go cup. But overall, not a bad substitute when you can't get your hands on an authentic açaí bowl. I'm sure the Gracie family (founders of the açaí bowl) would approve. Will be back another time to try other menu items, which include whole food meals that feature steamed veggies and protein. Prices are acceptable.

Located in downtown Waco, this large food hall has several group seating areas , good for booking events or parties as well !! Several food vendors diversity options of international cuisines, burgers, pizzas, tacos .desserts!! We had the CoCo Power bowl with a coconut base, and a Nutaya bowl, but subbed the Nutella for almond butter. I also had 2 different bases, coconut, and banana. Both of which were delicious! All of their bases are gluten & dairy free so a huge plus for someone with food allergies. You can also request the gluten-free granola. The ingredients are super fresh and your bowl is made to order. They definitely encourage substitutions. The girls are extremely knowledgeable about each bowl and are happy to give suggestions. We met the manager and she was awesome as well. I have a couple of observations~ Since the bowls are really BIG, it would be great to have two different sizes. Also, the condiments, like cocoa nibs, almond butter, coconut flakes (etc) are pretty sparse. (Fruit was plentiful) It would be nice to have a bit more of those included.
