They have a great selection of ice cream. So much to choose from and everything we had was great. The staff was very pleasant.

Bold, flavorful, and creamy ice cream screams the first syllable of my name! Today said 'you needa say something about this'. Tomorrow said 'yeah don't procrastinate'. We like 'em a lot, to the point of squinted eyes and cheesy-faced freezing. Each time we've visited we tried something different. That means variety! The medium cup of 3 scoops I got today, set the bar on the "creamiest" scale for ice creams I've tasted out here. On top of that, I was very pleased with the blend of three flavors together: black walnut, coffee, and Mexican vanilla. Happy customer for sure! read more

When DQ let us down, we were in search of another ice cream place and this one popped up. We hadn't heard of it before but decided to give it a chance. It's in a large parking lot with other storefronts so there's plenty to do afterward. The ice cream flavors were laid out with allergen information under each flavor which I really appreciate. I had the pumpkin and was happy to find it wasn't pumpkin pie flavor. The ice cream was well packed into the cup so you don't feel ripped off. The scoop is about $4 which I think is about the going rate so not great but not awful either. I really liked the ice cream. It was fresh and exactly what I was looking for. read more

Our granddaughters wanted ice cream after school, so we did a quick search and found Freezing Point. After looking at the pictures and reading a couple of reviews, we popped in. I'm so glad we did! Tons of flavors and toppings/mix-ins to choose from. There were 5 of us and we all loved our choices. I had a scoop of cheesecake ice cream with blueberries and graham crackers, and a scoop of caramel ice cream with chocolate chip cookies and extra chocolate chips. Both were amazing! The atmosphere was great, everything was clean, and the people were super friendly and attentive to our orders. My oldest granddaughter commented, "Those reviews were right!". I was extremely disappointed with the service. I came in about 15 minutes before closing, and it was clear the staff had already checked out for the day. Most were busy cleaning their stations and shutting things down, while only one person was actually serving a long line that stretched back to the freezer section. No one greeted customers or even smiled--they all looked like they were just going through the motions. This place has really gone downhill since it first opened. The owners need to step in and get their team back on track, or they're going to start losing loyal customers. read more

This is such a darling little ice cream place. When you walk in the smell of waffles hits you and reminds you of all of the good parts of your childhood. My favorite is a sweet cream shake with Nutella. The staff was super friendly and holds conversations very well. They have smoothies, shakes,ice cream, and cakes. Made in house daily there are a multitude of toppings to choose from. You can choose between one scoop a.k.a. the kid cone, two, or three scoops in a cup or a waffle cone. Of course I got the waffle cone lol the guy in front of me had a banana split that didn't even look real amazing at one person could finish it. He scarfed it down with no problem by the way lol. This is a great little ice cream shop. Lots of ice cream flavors. Staff is almost always nice and pleasant. It's almost always high school girls (I'm guessing), so you will get the occasional "I'm too cool" attitude" but 90% of the time, they are really friendly and helpful. Price is also fantastic. We got frozen yogurt at a place in Waco last week and it was $45 for four of us. Just frozen yogurt. Our order at Freezing Point is usually around $25. And we basically get the same thing. So great ice cream, fast service, customer service is almost always solid, and decent prices.....can't go wrong!!!! read more

The wait was really long. From when we walked in the door to actually paying for the ice cream, it took 40mins. It was pretty packed, but their sense of urgency was really bad and there wasn't a designated person at the register just to keep things moving, so you'd get stuck just waiting for someone to come to the register. read more

We went about 25 mins before closing time and they were still so welcoming and welling to serve. You can have samples in case you can't decide from the great selection. The facility was clean and good sanitary practices were in place. The selection was varied and there were several unique ice cream styles. The staff was young, friendly, and professional. We went in at 8:30 PM (30 minutes prior to closing) and were 5th in line. We were served and paid by 8:45 PM and the staff was uniformly kind and eager to please even though they were getting ready to close. This says a lot about their high standards, excellent staff training, great product, and their hiring goals. Great experience and damn good ice cream. This was probably the worst frozen yogurt i've ever had in my life. I ordered a pint of vanilla yogurt with strawberries, cherries, rainbow sprinkles, and cookie dough. I came into freezing point creamery & was immediately disappointed. i came for coffee ice cream but i had to choose a different flavor. i am FURIOUS. also they have the same set up at maggie moos , what a copy.
