The staff and the owner are so friendly and polite. They make delicious smoothies, not watered down. My favorite person is Precious. She works so hard to get your order right and get you back on the road. You are very lucky to have her. Great customer service. My favorite Smoothie King. Oops,I know extreme but, stay with me and I'll explain! I don't even know where to start but, I have to get this out. It's just too funny in the end really. Facts of the story. Poor management, no training, unmotivated employees, really I could go on but... Im going to let the pictures speak for themselves then you will understand after I describe the situation. I will not return to this location and you should think twice. Let me start by saying I used to be young with a first or second job. I'm sure at the time, I didn't want to be there. Training...probably not back in the day. Seat of your pants was the order of the day coupled with common sense all of which seemed in short supply here today. I have had daughters, grandkids, and numerous family members that have had early jobs and I hope they performed better than this lackluster effort. First, let's start with something they can't control. The prices. I ordered a small bowl and a small drink and the total was $20. Give me a break. I wouldn't return just based on that. It would in fact have to be earth-shattering for me to become a customer. I just didn't find the products to be satisfying in the least. I stepped into the store which is clean bright and modern well laid out was the menu board ,even though never having been inside, I quickly made my choice. My order was a small strawberry Metabolism Boost drink and a PB Delight bowl. I took a seat and watched order after order of drink blended and delivered thru the drive-thru window or walk inside that had ordered on the app. I'd like to insert here that, I'm not a fan of making your in-person customer wait on the app orderer. After a 10 min minute wait he finally delivered my beverage to the front counter. I picked up and sat back down thinking he was now working on my bowl order. Wrong! As I watched the two continue to blend and serve drinks I realize he had forgotten my bowl. So I approached the counter and ask him," Did you forget my Bowl order"? To which, not kidding, he replied," huh"! I repeated myself to which he nodded over his shoulder to the girl with her back to us," She makes the bowls". This of course required me to look him directly in the eye asking, Can you make my order? She hadn't heard the exchange. He said yea. Another 10 minutes passed and finally, she held up my bowl at the counter, which I retrieved. I know this has become a rant. But,hey my first ever. Stay with me. I sat down, removed the lid but, noticed it was extremely cold. As I pressed the spoon into the mixture, bam, hard as a rock! It was frozen solid...I couldn't believe it. I took it up to the counter, held it up and said is this supposed to be frozen? She solemnly responded, we freeze those ahead of time so they're ready. She then returned to work...? At this point I'm not believing it...make eye contact with the guy and say I can't eat this can you make me something else from the menu. To which he replied, no I can make you a fresh one of those. If you're confused at this point join the club. He then started to take the frozen bowl and I ask him what he's gonna do with it. He says, toss it. I say, no that sounds wasteful. I'll keep it. He says ok. I sit down and finish my Metabolic drink...waiting. I see him working on thawing out my bowl ingredients...wow...I'm laughing inside at this point thinking the world truly has gone mad. Finally, he delivers my bowl to the counter,I pick up, and sit down. Removing the lid from my " fresh" bowl,I dig in and take a bite. Still too cold to eat.. seriously. Plus, now I know why she makes the bowls. Refer to my photos. Thanks for reading to this point .you have probably read Guy H's first and last extended Rant-Review. The short of it is this. We have all had to go to work at jobs, pay our dues, learn skills, develop, and become better. Better workers, humans, and citizens. It is time for everyone to recommit to doing their best and stop the "quiet quitting", unenthusiastic, dribbling. I worked hard so that I could spend $20 on your product. If they are paying you to make that product it's your obligation to do your best. By the way,and ive talked about this before, I gave a tip at the point of sale device which I dont like to do just for this reason. If I hadnt given a tip I would be wondering if they did this crazy three stooges act on purpose. read more

First time at Smoothie King ever, this locations is by my house and I had to check it out. The place is clean, the staff was incredible and patient, and when I got my berry smoothie, it was INCREDIBLE. I'm all about service, I can make a smoothie at home if want. This place does not disappoint. The two young ladies there were absolutely delightful. They helped me pick a smoothie based on my taste buds. They asked the right questions and seemed genuinely enthused about helping me. What I really love is the abundance of choices on the menu, it means anyone can have a favorite, even picky eaters. The place is also designed to accommodate those that want to dine in. Here's the best part, they also have a drive through. The bathrooms are spotless, this is always important as I believe bathrooms are a direct impression of any food establishment. With great service, a drive through, a great menu and a spotless store, this place makes all the right moves. Visited the smoothie king in Allen tx located in 1255 w exchange pkwy #100 Allen tx 75013 on Saturday April 13 at 11:57 . The app sent my order to the wrong location . When k tried to call John the worker there was rude and had the worst attitude told me "too late" and "Oh well". Then hung op on me while I asked to talk to a manager. I've never experienced this is customer service . read more

Great improvement fourth time back. I visited just before noon today and my cups were full and the drinks were great. The girl who took my order at the drive through was super helpful in helping me pick which drink I wanted. read more

When I arrived I went inside to place an order. A man with a headset AND earbuds in asked if I needed anything...I can only guess the earbuds are actually broken hearing aids because he could only take my order after I removed my mask and loudly yelled my order. He put my my order in and seemed frustrated at the other employees stating that he needed to leave to get his sister. I shrugged my shoulders. I JUST needed a smoothie to bring to my husband (he had surgery that morning) but my 30 minute lunch break was quickly disappointing. The server left. The other employees realized he left me with no smoothie and I had already paid. They made the smoothie and were very nice. I should have ordered something for myself because I had zero time left to arrange any lunch for myself. read more

I like to come here sometimes and I get the spinach pineapple vegan smoothie . The workers are kind of quiet and sometimes take a second to come say hi but I know they have a drive-through also I always feel like two people isn't enough and a smoothie king but maybe it is. Also I feel like every now and then the pineapple spinach smoothie taste powdery maybe it's because they use a substitute because it's vegan for the milk or I'm not sure. The place always looks clean though and the one brunette girl who works in the morning is super sweet also. read more

After a long trail My family and I wanted to get smoothie here but today was Horrible customer service. Too many workers and still did not get my order right. How are you going to ask me what was made when you made the smoothie. It's not my fault you didn't know what you made or forgot to label what is what and then had the nerves to asked me which is what? Your the employee making the order! Idk what you made?! Ignorant! I waited about an 1 hour for 3 drinks to be made. Then you gave me a cup holder that had a whole in it and made me spill one smoothie order after waiting an 1 hour for my drinks. Went back inside and returned the drinks and requested a refund. C' mon now, get it together you only had a few customer and kept making excuses that it was busy. You could of asked other employees to help because there were so many other employees working. Went inside and complained. They did not provide me with my receipt to my order and I asked to print my receipt she said she does not know how to. And the manager went to the bank. Yet when I came back inside you knew how to print a refund receipt! But couldn't get my original receipt printed before? Are you kidding me,Yeah right! No apologies but except for "we are busy". Excuse, excuses for horrible service. She even looked like she put whatever in my drink as I watched her make my smoothies. I do not trust these people making your drinks. There were people waiting on the coach and they still had there order made first before mines. When I have arrived first. Way to treat a valuable essential worker during this pandemic.
